Being the first time to visit Montreal, Hotel William Gray definitely impressed me, for both its location and staffs. It is located inside the old Montreal area, that means you are easily to enjoy the day and night scene of the area. You may choose any restaurant (in which there are a lot of restaurants to choose) you like and return to the hotel within 5 minutes walk. Besides, the hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the metro station, it is easy for tourists to sightsee around the city. For the staffs, they are all friendly and willing to provide answers to your questions. If you are considering of booking a hotel in Montreal, Hotel William Gray would be my recommendation.

Room was comfortable. Breakfast at Maggie Oakes was very underwhelming.. fair service t best and breakfast arrived cold

Clean room, well appointed but not a lot of character in the rooms - lots of cement; however, the rest of the hotel - lobby, bars, restaurants are gorgeous.

Family spends a weekend every summer in Montreal. 1st time @ WG hotel & would definitely stay here again. Great hotel in heart of old Montreal. Staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. Roof top patio is great place to have a bite or drinks. Same owners as Hotel Nelligan, which is another nice boutique hotel worth staying @ as well.

Superb location. Our room was outstanding. Didn’t request an accessible room but I think that’s what they gave us. Huge tub and an oversized shower with multiple shower jets and a shower seat with an additional tap at low height

Great place in Old Montreal

Beautiful property in a great location. Staff were very welcoming and we felt taken care of. There was a small hiccup during the trip but the staff took our concerns seriously and addressed the issue promptly. We dined at both roof top restaurants and both served delicious food. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel offered multiple amenities, and the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. The location and neighborhood were very convenient, clean, and walkable.

From check in to after check out, the staff was amazing. This was my first trip to Canada and they made it easy and amazing. I traveled solo and this was relaxing and rejuvenating and mostly because of the great staff, excellent food and beverages, and this beautiful hotel. It’s also in a great area. I had access to several restaurants and shops as well as sights and attractions and all in walking distance.
