住在酒店后新装修的房间，新潮的设计，可惜缺少衣柜，衣物只好挂在墙上和丢在沙发，美中不足，另外房间隔音太差，走道和隔邻的噪音干扰很大。酒店位置不错，步行去市中心只几分钟，服务态度也很好。

I stayed in rooms 25 and 28. The property is worse for wear with mould in the bathrooms, filthy toilet brushes, broken fixtures. It’s super expensive for what it is.

This hotel was the most beautiful accommodation of our entire trip. The bed linens were luxurious and the room so well appointed, with thoughtful extras such as classical music playing on the small radio in our room. The staff was very friendly and the location in Bath was perfect; walkable and convenient. Highly recommended; thank you!

Limited parking and it took me over 30 mins to park due to bath traffic. It also cost £18 a day. Hotel in great condition although my kids complained about the comfort of the bed which was a sofa bed and was too soft. My bed was good though. Breakfast ok but for 25 quid a bit expensive when you only get a coffee, juice and 1 item off al a carte. Location excellent. Good hotel bust a few niggles as price is quite high.

The decor of the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very lovely, the dollhouse with the tea and coffee etc is so cute. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a wonderful location and very close to everything.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel staff went out of their way to ensure both our check in and parking was completed swiftly and pleasantly. Whilst dining, staff were helpful and polite. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and situated in walkable distance from the city and main attractions.

Beautiful property within easy walking distance to the centre of Bristol. We loved the pantry access which came with our room in the coach house! Our room was beautiful, very spacious and clean. A perfect little getaway

Super quaint gem. Staff are amazing! Great location with easy access to central Bath and all that it has to offer. Breakfast was excellent, didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant for dinner but we had a night cap in the lounge which was also exceptional. This was our first time staying at one of the “Guest House” properties, looking forward to trying other locations.

Staff is excellent. Rooms are quite nice with good bathroom. Needs better light and makeup mirror. Breakfast was cold.
