I booked it on line looked nice. Once we got there .carpets had a stain .paint looked luke it was chipped of. Single beds i wanted a double bed.beds not appearing to be safe.we paid a deposit 85 pounds.we didnt even stay there.the landlird of jasmine didnt offer us a deposit back.

Property fantastic location to town, very easy parking, very welcoming, full English breakfast great , very quiet, dint here any other users even though fully booked, dog friendly. Traditional guest house got more than we expected. Great host.

Only issue was others during the night. Thin walls, could hear everything.

The room was roomy and bed so comfortable and warm. Fabulous location. Great for dogs. Loved it will stay again for sure

Friendly staff alright digs for a night or two and dog friendly to. Free breakfast great bonus

The 2 guys that run it are brilliant the food was excellent the beds comfy & the rooms clean

Cheap room but it hadn't been cleaned for a while or it seemed the sheets cleaned.

The owner was first class and willing to help with carrying my luggage etc. The property is on a busy side street. With major gas works being carried out during my stsy. This work caused the footpath to be closed which meant i had to cross the road and dodge the traffic and the parked cars ( i am waiting for a replacment knee so i found it difficilt, in swapping footpaths) but dont be put off with this the work is due to be finished in two weeks. The property is only a short walk to the beach front and the various pubs/restaurants.

Host were lovely and helpful. The location was good for what we needed. The room was okay but not throughly clean, however was tidy and suitable for a 1 night stay

Staff fantastic and cheerful ,and helpful breakfast excellent. ,just the room needs a bit of updating but otherwise served our purpose and close to Bridlington spa and all other amenities Thankyou

Absolutely lovely host. Made us feel welcome and couldnt do enough for us and was very easy to talk to. Breakfast was also very nice. Perfect for what we needed

The place has suffered under investment and bodged work for years. Not worth 85 per night

Chap who ran Jasmine guest house was very nice and welcoming. The place needs a lot of tlc and better breakfast options. The food quality was really poor.

Comfy, clean budget stay, great breakfast and walkable to seafront.

Friendly place, with a really good breakfast. Only real drawback back was that as pet friendly place this was evident in one of the rooms where there was a bit of a pet smell still in the room.

Comfortable, bijou single room. Street parking limited to finding a space. great breakfast. friendly, welcoming staff.
