地點環境都很好，可寄放行李有wifi，重要景點和美食都在步行範圍，服務人員非常親切友好，還讓我們提早一個小時入住，房間很新、隔音很好，乾淨舒適，離地鐵站及超市只要5、6分鐘，床和枕頭都超級好睡，是個全家人都喜歡的地方。

公寓式酒店 自带厨房 虽然我们没用上 但等于多了一个洗漱台 对结伴出游的女性来讲 是加分项 位置很好 闹中取静 我们从Mitte站出来 沿着城市公园走 十来分钟的样子 巷子很安静 出来走一段就是克恩滕步行街 距离几处市内景点 步行可达 我们订了两间双床房 一间升级成家庭房 一间却是大床 和前台沟通之后 很快就调换好了 早餐选择丰富 尽管非常德式 但味道不错 还有鲜榨果汁 必须好评 酒店是老房子改造的 可能翻新没多久 感觉各种设施状态很好 卫生间挺大的 有二合一的洗漱用品和洗手液

Internet fraca, elevador não estava funcionando no primeiro dia. Quartos e banheiro são espaçosos, limpos e confortáveis, falta um pouco de cuidado com as louças que ficam no apartamento, preferimos não usar. A localização é ótima, por isso vale muito a pena. Da pra fazer muita coisa a pé ou pegar metrô/ Tran a poucos metros

Excellent location!! Clean, room a bit small but it didn’t matter much since we were out all day. 24 hour service/staff! Excellent staff! Walking distance to everything!!

The staff were very welcoming and even did our washing as part of the service. Rooms were comfortable, with basic cooking facilities. Great location for exploring Vienna.

Great hotel, perfect location, easy parking, safe, clean, big rooms. Only issue is the hotel has no exterior sign so it can be hard to find!

The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen. A great place to stay and near a number of museums.

I read the reviews and I knew they didn’t have AC but it was unbearably hot. I saw some say the fan was nice but it simply wasn’t enough. The room was a sauna. The location is nice close to the main areas but wanted to spend as little time in the room because of the heat

Muy céntrico, a pocos minutos andando de todos los lugares para visitar en la ciudad. Ambiente agradable y silencioso. Apartamento limpio y cómodo. Y el personal de recepción muy amable y diligente.

A pesar de no tener AA el lugar es muy fresco y tranquilo. Lo que más nos encantó fue su ubicación y la tranquilidad

It’s ok - clean and convenient for the old town and shopping. There is a small kitchen area with fridge. Rooms not so good. Firstly we didn’t get the room we booked, we should have had two queen beds - ended up with a double and some singles, with a cot that wouldn’t fit in either of the bedrooms. Think student digs with fans instead of aircon. Good location but I regret not paying slightly more - not worth the 200euro we paid

Room was a bit outdated, but, location was great and had on-site parking which is very convenient.

Check in was easy, booked last minute, and we were accommodated quickly, the apartment was spotlessly clean, and of a high standard.

Perfect location. Quiet apartment facing a courtyard. Large bedroom fans helped with August heat. Friendly staff. Would recommend without reservations of any kind.

It was the perfect choice!!! Very well located, clean, confortable and above all the front desk employees were really amicable, nice and helpful. So recommended
