Proxima vez si tienen un vip en el piso 10 no hospeden huespedes eso de estar llamando para decir no puedo uno andar por los pasillos no es nada agradable no es carcel para tener rrstricciones donde moverse uno

You find good hotels everywhere, but what makes this hotel EXCELLENT is the staff! Great people all around, Also shout out to Norma at the restaurant she’s awesome.

Personnel were excellent Room were clean except for bath room need to be remodel Room was noisy you can hear a conversation in the next room Could not sleep because person in the next room were talking and could hear everything at 4 am

Very good service,always small so clean.place to enjoy time with the family.I really like and enjoy this place love it .

Safe area and walkable distance to great dining options

It seems that the property is not maintained as other properties of this chain… the lower lobby seems old and almost unattended and it’s the first area the guests see. Check in is not at the entrance, it’s on the 4th floor and there is no instructions or sign to tell guests about it so we wondered who to ask or do. AC is not on or is too low in common areas and this is a must for travelers regardless of local needs.

Will be back again!

Very beautiful with nice views and they had a couple of restaurants on site and next door. Easy and convenient.

It was a very round down property everything was thirty and old things were falling apart the air conditioning worked upon recueste the hotel was very hot and uncomfortable I would never go back to this property or recommend to anybody I was very disappointed with the property
