This place was very comfortable, with spacious rooms and comfy beds. If you're looking for a convenient spot next to the airport this is a good bet.

I’ve stayed here several times. It’s a nice, clean and new hotel. Room and bed was comfortable. It’s close to everything including airport. Some things are walkable and others a short drive. Will be staying here again.

Lots of billing errors. No one at the property could answer my question or explain why I was charged 4 separate times for pre authorization on my room. It was annoying and disheartening. I've never experienced that before and it was more than double the room rate for two nights. The room was very nice but we will never stay there again. It shouldnt be carrying the Hilton name, it was that bad.

Air port transportation is not 24 hours and the beds are not comfortable. Everything else is great!

Great front desk staff. Offered water bottles at check in which was a nice touch.

The hotel does not provide hand and body lotion for use. After taking shower, the skin becomes dry. Customer needs hand an body lotion. I asked hotel staff . I was told that they stopped providing hand and body lotion because people wet stealing them. Other hotels in the area provide small one time use hand and body lotion. Why does few customers’ behaviours cause the hotel to stop providing basic needs. I’m a regular traveler I travel Every two weeks for work between Edmonton and Thunder Bay. I won't go back to this hotel again .

Clean and spacious rooms.

Need to get beds that are just a little harder…also, need pillows a little firmer too.

A HOT TUB WOULD MAKE THIS HOTEL A 10 STAR :)

Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is closedto a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Great convenient hotel near the Thunder Bay Airport. Rooms are spacious and clean. No issues. Had a wonderful stay here.

Close to the airport

It was clean and fresh.

Great hotel with comfortable beds. Coffee and hot water for hot chocolate available in the lobby - staff replenished hot chocolate when we asked but the hot water wasn't hot and coffee was often lukewarm too. Nice daily breakfast available. Parking was difficult because coach buses were taking up many car spots.

BED BUGS!!! My wife got woken up by a bed bug crawling on her body at 2am. She couldn't sleep the rest of the night until staff came to check the room in the morning. The staff lifted the pillow only to find more BED BUGS! The manager won't return Hotels.com multiple calls or ours. STAY AWAY!!!

Clean and comfortable

Stayed here for the 4am airport shuttle. Staff very nice. Could not check in with Hilton app apparently due to using Expedia (despite multiple abnoying emails and texts telling me to check in with the Hilton app, and annoying unsuccessful efforts to check in using the Hilton app).

Hotel room and amenities were clean. Staff were friendly and the complementary breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
