入住時，發現厠紙給水浸過，通知服務台，但不是全部受影響的厠紙換咗，只是將受影響的部份撕去；浴屏的接駁處穿了一個小洞，所以每次沐浴，全地都是水，容易產生危險，房號是405。

Location is good.

everything is good and comfortable except for the lift, which could not be operated by the room key card. Instead, the hotel staff needs to use their card to operate one of the lifts.

是間全新酒店，以壹仟多元一晚是貴一點因房間太細但職員很有禮貌。附近有火車及巴士去倫敦及机場，非常方便。

Nice and neat hotel. Good value for money! Not many restaurant nearby.

The staff is very helpful and the room is big enough for us (2 adults and 3 teenagers and 1 dog). Definitely will recommend to friends. The only thing is no parking. Need to park nearby carpart and walk to the hotel.
