Check in 接待櫃台時常關閉,無人駐守,22:00後便關閉.入口只有階梯,沒有斜坡進入,對於提行李的旅客很不方便.房間沒有電話,只有冬天的暖氣,沒有冷氣空調,沒有刮鬍刀,沒有牙刷,沒有室內拖鞋.照片外觀一樓是和飯店沒有關係的餐廳,這點非常誤導消費者,且晚上用餐酒客經常大聲喧嘩,令人無法安靜入睡.電視全部皆是波蘭語的節目,完全沒有BBC,CNN等英文頻道,非常不方便.

Lovely hotel right in the city centre, close to the market square and all the must see sights. It’s very quiet so the sleep quality is great. There are various transportation options, tram stops nearby and also restaurants and shops. The breakfast was good but the area can get busy as it’s quite small. They cook omelette or sausages fresh and bring it to the table as there’s no warm foods in the breakfast area. Overall very nice stay and good value for money, I can recommend the hotel.

Flot stort værelse, fin morgenmad og god placering Dog var der brugt rengøringsmidler og vaskemiddel med meget parfume, så værelset lugtede af syntetisk blomsterduft hele opholdet, ligegyldigt hvor meget man luftede ud - dette var et klart stort minus.

Good location. Rooms detached from not quite a lobby not very convenient. Saw breakfast, but did not partake as it looked meager for the price.

It was a bit noisy

Daria managed the breakfast room. It was like artwork. Everything was displayed beautifully. Everything done at this hotel was first class. It was also in a very good location.

Beautiful room with an incredible balcony overlooking a courtyard. I had to do some work on my trip and sat in the balcony for hours at the table.

Tout simplement magnifique et bien situé. Personnel très serviable. Gros coup de cœur pour cet hôtel.

In a good part of the city. Big rooms

Lugn och skönt, men ändå väldigt nära torget i gamla stan. Underbart bemötande från personalen. God frukost som innehöll det mesta. Kan bara rekommendera detta söta lilla hotell.

Nice Place and Balcony

Our room was really nice, spacious, clean and looked out onto the court yard. The only bad thing was the shower tray was unstable in the middle, it was either broken or not been fitted correctly but it didn't effect our stay. It was in a fantastic position, close to the bus/tram services, shops and Christmas markets. Would definitely stay there again.
