We felt safe and we had an amazing time. Staff members welcome us with a smile and they were super nice.

Staff was so nice, always greeted us and Welcome us with a smile. We had an amazing time, we felt safe even, during the crazy high crime events happening around Mazatlan. We felt safe in the hotel.

Park Royal is a nice upscale hotel set on a spectacular location overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The main attraction for me was the ocean view and the ocean air. That didn't work. I was surprised that the room windows were dirty and that you could not open the windows to let air in. What's the point of an ocean view in that case? Plus, despite the hotel being mostly empty mid-week, they put me in a less desirable location. (Low floor, angle view.) Note to management...please give your customers a decent room when you have them available.

Buena experiencia, las personas súper atentas

Over all the hotel was great the only one thing I didn't like is the pressure the staff gives you to buy there vacation packages they offer us free breakfast and it was a seminar to have us buy their vacation package at last they told us to pay for breakfast because we were not interested on buying anything from them that was very rude from their part. Other than that very nice place !!

It is on the beach, and every room has a view which is nice. It Is very dirty, the windows, walls, light switches, ceiling, sink, fixtures, and furniture were not clean. They ran out of pool towels and we were told we would get one in 20 minutes, but that did not happen. The service was slow at first but with a good tip with first drink it improved. The breakfast was over priced for what was available. Garbage all over the beach on the side of the hotel, which is sad. We will not be staying here again.

No hot water, no room service, nobody clean the room. Don’t stay here!

Everything was good just at the restaurant I had a bad service one day from the 7 days I was there. Room was clean everyday but not change bedding and towels everyday. But in general was a good experience I will do this hotel again.

It was a very beautiful area, yet affordable.

Todo súper bien

The picture as advertised is not the same as the actual hotel especially the rooms. It’s run down and not kept up.

Although the appearance of the hotel seems nice. The rooms are horrible. As guest you’re unable to have the windows open and if they are slightly open the security guard will have the receptionist go into the room to close them. The rooms smelled very closed in due to lack of air venting out. The security was also rude if he saw guest drinking other beer that’s not served in the restaurant from the hotel.

we never got to stay as volaris changed our flight for the 9th and we missed the eclipse we planed for for 2 years and my birthday April 11th. Horrible they would not help us with a refund or a stay later on under the circumstances . just horrible customer service. We love Mazatlán and Mexico and is the first time we have been treated so badly.
