Very helpful check in guide. Clean room. Good place.

I booked two rooms for quadruple sharing (6days/5nights). It was just a week prior to our arrival when I checked the reviews that the bathroom was for sharing (my bad!). I had to call agent and make international calls to confirm that the rooms had no private baths. But I don’t remember seeing an option to book for rooms that have private baths so I have not expected it. In order to upgrade to a room with private bath (which I confirmed over the phone), we have to pay HKD 100 per room per night which we only paid during checkin. We made a special request if we can have an early check in or late checkout but they didn’t reply. We arrived around 12noon and tried our luck to check in early. The lady at the check in counter (13th floor) said we have to wait for 3pm to check in as stated online. But she offered to have an early check in given that we pay an additional HKD 100 for each rooms (good for 5 nights stay) and she will also give us both rooms on the same floor. If we won’t pay, we can only check in at 3pm and we might get rooms from different floors. So we just grab the bait. We were given two rooms on the 10th floor. Rooms are clean and of decent size. It’s my 4th time visiting HK and it was the 1st room that I can say to be of ‘normal’ room size as there’s a space tl walk (HK hostels are known to be very small). Though clean, the room needs updating as they look old. The water dispenser in our floor doesn’t dispense cold nor hot water. +Proximity to TST MTR station +Clean +Spacious +Heater +Good air condition +Free of charge leaving the luggage so you can stil roam around after checkout -‘Hidden’ charges -Not functioning water dispenser -No towels -No refrigerator

We are enjoy to stay here and also the staff are very friendly and accommodating😊. The transportation very near in our placed. Easy to go anywhere. Shopping, souvenir, foods are all near 👌😊☺️😍

The photos shows in the advertisement is different in the actual. The smell is something that theres a mold inside the beds and also you need to pay additional 100 hkd per head just to avail the room with comfort room otherwise you need to use the common toilet which is located in the 2nd floor which is not convinient for us to use since we are located in 13th floor, and take note elevator service is very bad, they only have two units for the whole building and you need to wait a couple of minutes to use it. However the staff is very friendly and he can understand and speak English well.

The room we booked has only common cr, so we need to have an additional HKD50 per night to upgrade our room, and that’s what we did. The room that they replaced is just okay for the three of us. Not that too big. The beds are good. Also there’s water heater, blower, adapter that Ph are using. We had the room with windows so we can see the view from there. The good thing the person from this hotel explained and assisted us very well. All in all our stay here is affording and comforting but not recommended for family with children or babies. 7.5/10 for me.

Kamar yang kami inap hanya sekali diganti spreinya padahal kami menginap selama 7 hari kebersihannya sangat tidak memuaskan.

Me and my mom booked a room with out comfort room not knowing that it is not included but the front disk help us to find other room and give discount.

Untuk kamar standar ukurannya sangat sempit dan kamar mandi gabung dengan penghuni lainnya. Tidak sesuai harapan.

The receptionist is very accommodating. The place is near to the mrt station. Shopping malls, restaurants are just around the building and most important is there's a lot of money changer at the ground floor.

Bad service. The room and the bed are dirty. Too small for three people.

The info was misleading, we were able to book a room, twin bed but when we got there the man said that it doesn't have its own bathroom and we need to share with men on the 10th floor (we were at 13th floor). He said we need to pay additional 300HKD to book a room with a bathroom on its own. Thought we saved on this booking! Totally misleading!

AC rusak, gambar tidak seperti kenyataan, kalau mau kamar mandi musti tambah biaya, tidak ada handuk (kalau mau handuk tambah biaya,) tidak ada sabun dan shampo, tempat tidurnya tipis tidak sesuai seperti di gambar saya sangat kecewa karena gambar tidak seperti kenyataan

The staff are all accommodating plus the location is very accessible to transport and and malls.

I felt bad at first because my whole family was so tired when we arrived without breakfast and lunch yet from the airport. They told us that the 2 rooms I paid had no Toilet and it is just a shared toilet. At first it was fine because I am already aware that is a shared toilet and I saw in the internet that it’s a simple toilet. But when I checked it, I was so disappointed that it was the not toilet shown in the internet but it was a common Toilet for male and female and no cover. Only 2 doors. I imagined if we are going to take a bath, we would be seen. Even the doors are not that high. It would be very uncomfortable to take a bath or even other thing else because it is open. The worst thing is, it is only located at the ground floor and used by everybody in the building. And we were going to stay there for 4 nights and our rooms are located at the 10th floor. If we rent rooms with toilet, we have to pay 800 HKD. Since I was so tired I almost paid but worried of our budget because it was not a part of our budget for the CR. I thought the shared CR is located on the same floor and would be comfortable enough but no. It was not the CR I saw from the internet that was why I argued with the receptionist and asked for a refund but they refused. I said the descriptions of the rooms in the internet are not clear. An they only showed beautiful CR and rooms. That even some residents there told us that the hostel is not good. I said to my family that we have to be patient of what they are going to provide us because it was already paid and no refund. I thought that time to better go back to the Philippines because I wouldn’t be happy to stay there if there would be no CR on the same floor. And another worst thing is that, the elevator would be until 12 am only and open at 6 am. What if we like to go to the CR between those times? Too bad, I said. A hotel or inn should always have enough CR in the building if they are shared CR. Anyway, they told us to come back at 2pm to check in. When we came back, good thing that they gave us new rooms with toilets without paying. Since it was my first time to book there by myself and not fully aware of their system, they gave new rooms with toilets but they did not let us pay the additional charge anymore. So I would rate it as average. Bad because we encountered problems about the comfort room when we arrived there too tired. It did not comfort me especially that my stomach was aching so much and no comfortable CR to use. So next time when you book, fellow tourists, know the details of the rooms very well where you will stay. Otherwise you will be surprised when they ask additional charges. When we get there the room that i booked doesn't have a toilet so we have to pay extra just to have a toilet and additional charge when you leave ahead of the checkout time. should be 9-12 only. hostel concierge should be available at all times to consider flying guests. there should be 24hrs assistance to foreigners.

We have to pay 150 HKD just to get a room with CR. If we won't pay for the additional 150 HKD we will be moved to other place which is not good since my friends stays at mirador, supposedly few blocks away from mine. I am very disappointed. Also, there is an additional 300HKD when we checked in late. Their front desk is 24/7. And since the room I booked is paid already why do I have to adjust on their schedule and not in my convenience. No toiletries provided. The electric socket is high. Not convenient to have your cellphone charged and use blower. No table, your bags will be in the floor or in your bed. Cleanliness is zero. Bedsheet is dirty. And there are a lot of hair in the bed and in the floor. I just don't think that the 150 HKD is reasonable just for us to have a CR. This room is not recommended even for a backpacker like us.
