Loved the staff and the amazing reception,. Rooms smelled a bit

Booked and they transfered me to other hotel and no reservation were made there.Was waste of money

Stayed 5 nights there. It was by far the best and charming accommodation during my Pakistan trip. Courteous staff keen to serve and satisfy the guest. Efficient concierge service. Appreciate the free return airport transfer. Room and bath slightly dusty, but generally clean. Slept very well on the king-size bed, even better then at home. They paid attention to my special requests regarding the room. Breakfast was a feast: rich spread of continental and above all delicious local dishes. I’ll miss it. Tranquillity and somewhat better air in highly polluted Lahore can be found in their inner yard. History-loaded house in an ultra-central location next to the Mall Rd. Would book again.

Very slow and bad service My room was not that clean found cockroaches many times

Visit Falettis for it's history. It's a comfortable heritage hotel and the staff are attentive and friendly. It doesn't quite match high end European or US standards in fit and finish, but it has a lot of charm and was far superior to every other hotel I stayed in during my 3 weeks in Pakistan. I would definitely return.
