Check in took such a long time because they don't recognize any booking from app. The room we had booked was unavailable, so the front desk officer offered an upgrade -- an upgrade where we had to pay the price difference. I had to explain to her what an upgrade means just so she would understand that if she were to offer an upgrade, it should be of no additional payment since the error is not on the customer's side. After having the issue sorted, however, she was gracious enough to apologize. The room was lovely, but the bathroom looked like it was still under construction. Aircon worked well, and we had a peaceful rest. The workers around the hotel were very hospitable.

The place now under renovation but the staff are friendly and accommodating the pool needs a little extra cleaning cause there were a few algae at the bottom and walls over all it was great for the warm and accommodating stuff

Location is good, but the room is very old, many things feel old and dirty. Bathroom is too small. But the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you cannot find special place. This hotel is still a good choice.

They should do something about the food. Sea foods are really fresh there and should be cooked really good
