工作人员对所有客人都很友好，指示也很清楚，但房间里没有饮用水。

交通便利，离车站很近。酒店提供免费咖啡，工作人员乐于助人，房间每天都打扫。酒店建筑较新，配备现代化设施。一定会再来的。

Staff ramah dan sangat mudah untuk berkomunikasi. Ketersediaan microwave bukan di kamar, tapi ada 2 di lantai 6 dan 18 kalau tidak salah. Untuk minuman dan lain-lain tersedia di lobi, kita ambil sendiri sesuai kebutuhan.

The only funny thing about this hotel is, if we're thirsty, they only provide tap water. Thank God, there's a 24-hour Lawson right beside the hotel.

The room size was average but its amenities (bathroom etc) were definitely above average. And the big window from the bed overlooking Nagoya city's skyline was stunning, especially from 23rd floor
