Door key was not working. Front desk personnel was rude. Bedsheet were dirty.

Terrible experience! Room was really bad, unclean and definitely not safe if you have a child. Upon informing front desk, they said will send house keeping and maintenance which never showed up. Would recommend staying away form this hotel.

Entirely misrepresented online. Rooms and building are filthy and in disrepair. Hotel staff are inept and unresponsive. NOT to Western standards as the price point would indicate. Absolutely DO NOT stay here.

The hotel staff were unfailingly gracious and helpful throughout our stay. Thet treated our 2 boys ages 6 & 9 like family. We also had excellent food and room service was quick and efficient. We had a wonderful stay and would come again.

Accommodations were great, location was key and the breakfast was delicious. Friendly and attentive staff. Would stay again.
