Good service and beautiful onsens. Will come again.

Very nice ryokan. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with our own private room in restaurant. Surprisingly my private ryokan is very big, a traditional Japanese house. I love my private outdoor onsen most. Big thanks to the nice hotel staffs. But the only bad thing is the location, a bit remote and difficult to search in navigator.

We only managed to book the smallest room ( in main building) as it was last minute. The room is on second floor up a steep flight of stairs. Other than that the area is full of character and I really enjoy the one night stay. Do note these small rooms do not have attached batchroom ( only toiletm wash basins) but the room is functional. Staffs are kind and wonderful. If you have a chance book the independent houses that has attached onsen and im sure the experience will be exceptional!! Will be back for sure!

建物が古く風情はあってよかったのですが高齢の母との宿泊だったので夜には温泉に入ることができませんでした あと階段も急ですこしこわかったみたいです わたしが予約のときにもう少し注意しておくべきだったです

직원이 친절하고 식사가 상당히 맛있습니다. 온천의 퀄리티도 좋아요. 가격 생각이 잘 안 날 정도로 만족하고 갑니다.

I was so happy that it coincided with Kayausaggi's 20th anniversary and ours. I was especially grateful for the kindness of each and every staff member, and for Akira's detailed explanations of the food.

객실은 오래되었지만 깨끗하고 직원들도 최선을다해 도움을 주셨어요.

妹の誕生日での宿泊でしたが、シェフがスイーツを準備してくれ、ちょうど改装が終わったかっとお部屋もアップグレードしてもらって、大変感激しました！

고민하다 가격이 높지만 어느정도 역사가있고 Private 한 곳에 숙박하길 원했습니다. 삿포로 비어공장과 멀지않고, 개별 자쿠지가 있다는 것이 맘에들어 예약했고, 조식 포함으로 예약했습니다. 저녁 가이세키를 주문할때 생각보다 높은금액에 (11,000옌/인) 놀랐지만, 저녁을 먹고나니 이금액은 너무 저렴했습니다. 왠만한 미슐랭 식당보다 음식을 재미있게 만드는 곳입니다. 지금 이곳에서 자기전 내일 아침이 너무나 기대됩니다.

Everything was great! After some busy days in Tokyo, Osaka and Nara we were glad to recover in this traditional japanese wellness hotel. The staff was very friendly, the room was nice and clean, the onsen was great and the food was just out if this world! We learned a lot about the local food and the staff explained everything to us and was very patient. We felt right at hine and would recommend this to everyone travelling in Japan who's seeking a quiet little break (and is not picky about the food since there is a lot of fish and other seafood). Thank you for everything!

가본 료칸 중에 최고입니다. 온천 또한 너무 좋았고 음식도 최상으로 모든것이 만족스러웠습니다

조용한 히타에 있는 료칸인데 빈티지한 엔틱 가구들과 130년된 일본 옛날집 전통을 섞은 멋진 인테리어에 반해서 예약 한 곳! 마침 눈이 펑펑와서 노천탕에서 아주 황홀한 시간을 보냈음. 작은 디테일까지 다 신경써서 인테리어 해놔서 이뻤음. 료칸에서 주요 관광지까지의 왕복 서비스가 굉장히 편리했음. 온천물도 미끌미끌하니 다 만족스러웠음! 고민가라서 한겨울 밤에는 공기가 약간 차긴 한데 노천탕에 한번 들어갔다 나오면 몸이 따뜻해짐. 좀 더 비싸더라고 독채 료칸에 노천탕이 딸린 숙소로 예약하시는 걸 추천함! 그런 객실이 훨씬 더 좋았음. 제공되는 유카타의 색이 어두운 색밖에 없는게 유일한 아쉬운 점이였음. 여자것만이라도 밝고 화사한 색이 있었으면 좋겠음. 유카타 색이 어두워서 그게 사진에 잘 안나옴, 서빙하는 남자 직원분이 엄청 친절하셨던 분 덕분에 좋은 기억이 남는 료칸이였고 결혼 기념이라고 디저트를 이쁘게 꾸며주셨던 정성에 감동함.

가족여행으로 최고였음 가격이 비싼거 빼고는 시설적인 면은 최고 다만 가이세키는 호불호좀 있을 맛

食事が盛り付けから味つけまで、とても細やかで堪能できました。地産地消は、食材だけでなく、有田焼き、小鹿田焼と、器までの心配りでした。スタッフの対応も適切で心のこもったおもてなしでした。
