We have stayed four nights in viewing aurora. Fully equipped room including washing and drying machine, kitchen.... all you needed for long stay. Helpful 24 hours front desk. Taxi coupon upon checkin and checkout to and from hotel to airport, suggest can flexibly handle as customer request (two coupons use as needed not only for checkin and checkout). However, curtain in living room fell down on first day. No maintenance service during weekend until Monday after two days. We have fixed it by ourselves finally. Cleanliness can be improved. Stained carpet in living room, better and more easy cleansing if using bricks as well.

room is large and comfortable.the staffs are nice and helpful and willing to answer your question.

This is old style hotel and far away the city, about 30mins walk or taxi about 8mins . Reception really friendly and helpful to call taxi for us. make sure is it included kitchen while booking room due to not all room have kitchen.

带厨房，离超市5分钟，特别方便。酒店前台乐意助人，多次帮助游客呼叫出租车，唯一不足就是离商务区太远。

The room is clean and spacious. The staff are helpful to our requests. The hotel is surrounded by supermarket and food shop. Close to airport and the local park with awful scene

It is a comfortable hotel and close to supermarket, we can made our meals and have a leisure stay in the hotel before going for auraro hunting.

Nothing special, a bit dated

I had reserved two night stay months in advance. Upon checking was advised I had to change room for second night due to adjacent joining room booking. Unsure as to how this transpired, was not a welcome first impression at this property. That said, first room carpet was well used with stains. Second room had a newer carpet. Both rooms had in suite laundry which would be helpful for longer stays.

The property is starting to show its age and needs things like carpets, beds and furniture changed. The housekeeping and front desk staff were wonderful- especially Sandeep one of the front desk agents. She was friendly, always had a smile and was masts willing to offer advice, provide directions and made suggestions. Hotels need more staff like her!

This property is 4-kilos from the Yellowknife Airport. A hospital across the street as well as a grocery store and within a short walk to other shopping. But the facility does have some downfalls that need correcting. Walls are thin and you hear everything, really everything.

Paid $417 for 2 nights. It is be ry dirty. Lots of stains on the carpet, had to wear shoes right outta bed. Little splatters on every wall. Also they had a maintenance man banging on every door at 9 in the morning

the rooms with adjoining doors need better sound barrier between them
