has 2 ev chargers for tesla and 2 for normal charging. But it isnt level 2 charger. Room was very clean with a nice walk in shower micro fridge and microwave. Turkey sausages and eggs with waffles and muffins and cereal and many other options

I originally wanted a king suite ended up with king suite but handicap accessible...but other than that everything was perfect

The guest service was amazingly very nice each day! Breakfast was ridiculous for the price I paid " the eggs were nasty." we only had three small options which was " eggs, patty sausage and oatmeal." Now cleanness! The microwave in our room 221 have four inches of dust on top, we tried hiding our jewelry on top of the wall unit which the microwave sat on, that wasn't an option because it had a plate of pizza or something on top with trash which we have pictures!" As we exited our room 221 the entire hallway smelled like mold and dampness. On the metal part of the lamp in the room on the left side of the bed including the night stand was nasty! The hallway on the first floor smelled like a cigarette pub. Lots of places in the room needs to be cleaned...

The location, staff, and grounds are nice, and the coffee and breakfast were actually pretty good. However, the room itself was filthy. When I requested cleaning, they only made the bed but left dried contact lenses stuck to the nightstand, boogers and makeup on the wall, and no fresh toilet paper roll. It felt more like a one-star motel than anything else.

Average hotel. They rooms were dated with broken and worn items. There were unexpected charges to my account. The breakfast was good and so was the exercise room average.

Nice hotel. They didn't clean the rooms each day. There were charges to my card with no explanation. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

AC was not working. Hotel was sold out. I was told to wait for a maintenance technician to arrive. After 1 hr I asked for refund and was told only the manager could do that. 24 hours later still no response from manager. I simply asked for refund to go to another hotel. No drama I think I was more than patient. Times up

This was the second time staying there and both times my room request was ignored, even though I had booked way in advance. Bed pillows have shrunk to half the size of a standard pillow. Cutting corners is the visible everywhere. Sheets smelled like they had not been washed in a while, there were water marks on the bathroom floor, also not a walk in shower even though it was a handicapped room. Will not book at this location anymore.

Very clean

Elevator did not work at times. A/C did not work - reported but not fixed! Rooms not ready on time. Staff was pleasant.

The hotel is pretty nice overall. The area does not feel very safe.

Comfortable beds! Breakfast was decent. Everything seemed clean. Location wasn’t terrible, but not anything to brag about either.

The room wasn’t cleaned, the bed looked as if someone had been in it and all of the drawers were open. I reported this to the staff and was told he was the only one in the building and there was nothing that he could do. I’m very disappointed and not happy about the stay. The next morning I talk to the manager and she apologized for the inconvenience and stated the only thing that she could do with add points to my rewards account, but that wasn’t done either. I’m very disappointed in this day because every time I come home to visit I always stay here and I’ve never had an issue until this time.

Had a great stay at this hotel.

I booked my reservation a week in advance and the day I got there and my reservation was cancelled without my knowledge

The property was nice the staff was fantastic. The only thing i can say is that the sink handle was broke. The shower head was old and needed to be cleaned.
