Yes the bar was well stocked , however the bar tender was unable to do a Bloody Mary cocktail, as he had no training on the subject.

Lovely hotel - comfortable room and very clean bathroom. Staff were excellent, we had to check out before breakfast and they kindly arranged some toast and coffee for us. Would recommend staying!

The room was clean and spacious but the structure is very old and needs to be refurbished. The staff was good and helpful. The buffet layout for breakfast needs to be updated and changed everyday. We stayed there for seven days and every day, the buffet layout was exactly the same which lead us to avoid breakfast due to repirition.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet and welcoming. Breakfast included was wonderful. I would stay here again. Conveniently located. Walking distance from restaurants and points of interest. :)

Guest WiFi was alright but the digital tv was shocking

Having to log in to internet frequently was a nuisance. All else was first class.

The Internet was fine but had to keep signing in. Staff were fine. Room was very dated. More like student accommodation than a hotel room. Single room but still could have been cosier.

Best room I’d ever had in this hotel. Very spacious and great view across the Heath although the trek up and down stairs was labyrinthine! Breakfast was good and choices extensive. Nice bar and sports room. The only bad experience was the laundry room: only available after 5:00 pm and even then I had to unload a washer full of the hotels wet sheets and towels to use a washer only 1 of 3 was working and then I had to move all the hotels linens out of a dryer to use that. And they charged me an extr $10 for the privilege!

Our room was great, very spacious with an area to sit which is handy when one person gets up earlier Windows open but there were a lot of pigeons outside and no window screen so not comfortable opening them. There was a strong fan mounted on the wall that cooled the room enough for us but We were there in March so not an issue. something to keep in mind if you’re coming in summer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to do laundry after 530pm for a fee which seemed reasonable. Wifi is not great but not terrible. Bathroom very clean and efficient. Room was quiet unless someone was tromping down the hallway. Breakfast was very tasty and served in a large dining room. We had their afternoon tea one day - food was good but the tea was just bagged Twinings so it loses out on not having loose tea options. The dining room is a nice setting though. The village of Blackheath is very sweet and the location is really handy for accessing Greenwich park and Greenwich village. We stayed 4 nights in order to visit someone living in North Greenwich and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very satisfied with our choice.

Great place to stay.

The perfect location especially if attending an event at the O2 which is less than a 10 min drive away. We checked in late at around midnight and the staff were brilliant. I have mobility issues and they were quick to ensure the room we had was suitable. Very impressed with all the staff. Peter on reception was brilliant. Will definitely stay again.

The beauty of the hotel is it’s age and decor. Old in style, but very clean. We had a large Crown Double room overlooking the heath (we always do). Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice and plentiful.

Clean spacious rooms. Helpful courteous staff. Lovely included breakfast Perfect for events at the O2, 108 service stops outside , just a 15 ride away. Free parking is hit and miss ( mainly miss)

We have always enjoyed our stays at The Clarendon it has a beautiful outlook, lovely village, close enough to the O2 by bus, and easy to get to the centre of london. Staff lovely and food. TV could be a bit bigger
