Hotel muy agradable y cómodo, con un buen restaurante en el bajo. Las habitaciones confortables, espaciosas y de buen descanso. El desayuno correcto.

Super friendly reception staff. Confirmation said check in finished at 6pm but the hotel responded to me straight away to say someone will always be there. Large room, very nice inside. Good shower. Parking is on street, but there were spaces and it was a quiet area. Good location close to Salinda Yurda and Turda Gorge. We ate at hotel as not sure if there were many restaurants. Food was nice but quite basic, food prices though. Staff didn’t haven’t much personality but weren’t unfriendly. Only downside was the staff at breakfast, the lady was so rude. Breakfast was ok, but had much better elsewhere. Nice view from floor. Spa was difficult to find. Only a handful of chairs. Facilities ok, I would come just for the spa as the pool wasn’t very big and the heated hydrotherapy was shall - no jacuzzi. Didn’t try the sauna as it looked closed. Treatments were good price but all booked up, but emailed in advance about booking and had no reply.

It was very close to the salt mines. The staff was very helpful. They helped us check in much later than their posted times (just let them know ahead!). The egg plant salad at breakfast was delicious and they had really good coffee. I enjoyed the pool and spa as well.

We had a nice stay in this hotel. The check-in experience was smooth. We had nice big rooms with plenty of amenities. The airco was a bit weird as the temperature seemed to default to some temperature. Maybe we just didn't get how the system worked, it didn't bother me much. There is not a minibar but other than that you have enough service. The rooms were not noisy. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options. The location was fine, not really near other relevant places though om Turda itself. Outside Turda, I can recommend visiting Turda Gorge (great nature location) and the local salt mine when staying in Turda. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was also good. We didn't use the spa facilities as we were just passing through for 1 night, so I cannot comment on that.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is so helpful (they even did my laundry for a small sum). The area is close to great hiking and the famous salt mine. One room for improvement is the air conditioner. I kept turning it on only to have it turn off by itself. Apparently, the front desk needs to activate it, but even when it was activated, it never got too cool.

Según mi punto de vista a este hotel le sobra una estrella. El desayuno se sirve a partir de las 8 h de la mañana, lo he pagado pero no llegue a tomar ni siquiera un cafe, ya que tenia que salir mas pronto para una reunion, creo que se tendrian que preocupar mas por esos detalles con sus clientes. Ademas en mi reserva ponia que tenia acceso al spa, igual que el wifi gratis y el desayuno, sin embargo me dijeron que tendria que pagar mas para el spa o la piscina, aun asi para disfrutar de la piscina a partir de las 10 h de la mañana, si no llegue ni al desayuno a las 8h ....imaginaros! Que sentido tiene tener una piscina si tus huespedes no pueden disfrutar de ella? cuantas horas tendra que durar ese tratamiento del agua? Otra cosa son los masajes y el spa, alli lo entiendo perfectamente. Cada hotel que tenga piscina deberias de poder nadar a partir de las 6h de la mañana sin problemas. El personal amable. El hotel situado cerca de la salina Turda.

big disappointment, We made an order two months in advance for a hotel that is supposed to be of quality with a pool spa and pampering massage services. The time of the check does not begin at 14:00 and we arrived at 17:00 and to our surprise the room was not yet ready. They pulled us "another 15 minutes" and then "another 10 minutes" and an hour later they took us to an old wing without a lift and an old fashioned room that seemed far away from the description and the pictures, the air conditioner did not work and the water from the shower flowed to the room itself. We promised to take care of the air conditioner, (we asked for a shower towel) and promised that the next day they would take us to a room and give us compensation for dinner, We went out for a ride and came back after two hours, doing nothing, taking care of nothing, and just giggling answers all the time. Eventually, at 9:30 PM, we took our bags and went to look for another hotel. For 10 years I have been inviting hotels on the Internet I have never received such treatment and such distress, Recommend to stay away as much as possible.

Stuff did not speaks English or Russian. Food at the restaurant 5 from 10

The hotel has a great pool and spa (especially the salt jacuzzi) and we had a comfortable room. However, we waited 1.5 hours for our starter to arrive after ordering dinner at the restaurant at 9pm! In the end, our soups and my trout were very good (wife's pork knuckle and sour cabbage less so, especially as it was almost 11 before it arrived). Not many other eating options nearby as the hotel is about 3 kilometres from the - very attractive and lively - centre of Turda (and similar distance from the salt mine). Also found breakfast OK but fairly basic. The spa is let down by an absence of changing space (or at least we couldn't find it) and some very slippery floor surfaces making it potentially dangerous. Air con was also fairly ineffective in the room, so it was very warm and we didn't sleep well. The lift is operated by room card but it's not obvious and we had the frightening experience of the lights going out after some seconds, so that we had to sort the lift in the pitch black.

Das Hotel ist neu und in gutem Zustand. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber und funktionierte. Es gibt keinen eigenen, geschlossenen Parkplatz, dafür aber gab es auf der Straße, direkt gegenüber mehrere freie Plätze die laut Rezeption zum Hotel gehören. Poolund Spa Breiech sind auch sehr schön, und im Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Alles war gut der SPA Bereich ist schön und ruhig.

i was surprised to find a hotel of this quality in Turda, its on the same level if not higher than many 4 star hotels in Bucharest or in the nearby Cluj. Very stylish, from the reception, restaurant to the room. furniture is new and stylish. clean and spacious bathroom. spa services are excellent, the only thing minor thing would be the steam bath which is more a hammam , not a real steam bath, the temperature is not high enough. the restaurant has excellent menu, good portions, upscale dining or lunch but with very reasonable prices the Turda SaltMine its within walking distance (3 minutes). overall a great place, ideal for a romantic or relaxing getaway
