前台工作人员非常能干、专业且友善，日夜服务都很周到。晚上10点半左右，他们帮我找到了一家合适的医院，还帮我叫了出租车。我非常感谢他们的高效和细心。酒店的清洁人员也非常尽职尽责。我要求入住一间安静且远离电梯大厅的房间，酒店也满足了我的要求。谢谢！唯一美中不足的是空调出风口对着我的头，所以我睡觉时不得不关掉空调。除此之外，我对入住城市广场酒店非常满意。

非常棒的酒店。房间宽敞舒适。员工友好且彬彬有礼。无论进出，他们都会热情迎接。

Loved this hotel! Room was spacious and super clean. Easy to adjust the air conditioning since it’s not centralized. Used their hotel bicycles for 2 days and was easy to get around. Lots of good food near by and Chickan Tower is just near by as well. The hotel breakfast isn’t all that great: simple Chinese food, don’t expect to get bacon or scramble eggs here. Would come back here again in my next trip!

Great staff, very efficient, helpful, kind. Accommodation is superb. Breakfast fantastic. They ask if you are vegetarian.
