Super Botel, emplacement, parfait sur surfeur. Les sont incroyables, notamment le restaurant japonais. Le personnel très accueillant et les extérieurs, notamment les deux Piscine et jacuzzi

Just a Daddy Daughter short stay weekend away... nothing short of amazing... Only downside was our car could not park onsite due to height restriction of 1.95

We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptional – friendly, and very helpful. The buffet was absolutely outstanding – fresh, and beautifully presented. Room service was amazing, a lot to choose from and service was quick. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! Charleen and Dee

Snorkelling in the pool lagoon with the tropical fish was amazing Only a couple of mins walk for Surfers Paradise main strip Buffet breakfast is delicious

Highly recommend. The pool is fantastic for kids with the sand to play in and there are communal sand toys if you forget your own. Pool bar is great for food and drinks. The hotel itself is beautiful and the onsite restaurants are fantastic. Highly recommend you book ahead for the teppanyaki restaurant and also the buffet night at the main restaurant. We will stay here again! The staff are also, all wonderful.

Large pool and lagoon were great during school holidays. Rarely felt too busy even when the hotel was full.

Was great but not the exceptional service as usually provided - no welcome drink at checkin was given Very very busy in pool area - not enough umbrellas especially in the adults only area needs a little maintenance in & around pool area other than that was lovely & would go back again

Timeless resort with top quality service. All employees were friendly and attentive and all went out of their way to assist you. The staff dealt beautifully with many difficult guests and they still treated them with undue kindness and professionalism. The resort pools and gardens are the best on the Gold Coast. Although in a great location, there was no need to go anywhere else - a true family vacation

Aircond is a bit warm

Lovely staff. Beautiful lobby, pool and restaurants. Bed extremely firm and pillows too soft. Room recently renovated and smelt like glue and paint.
