The room was in a deplorable state. The floor, roof and bathroom was very dated. The entire property needs refurbishing. It was a very rough 6 days staying at thos place.

Ok stay. Expected better food and amenities for the price. Staff really friendly although had a bad experience at the bar because I took one of the bar menús to the light so that I could see it, anyways got yelled at for doing this. Next time, either put better lighting or more menus . Food quality was poor through out, plentiful but poor quality. Lunch had better quality since it was Peruvian cuisine, breakfast was better than dinner. Dinner had few choices of protein. Both pools were well kept aside from that not much to do even though staff tried to organize events. The nightly show was good.

Paid for transportation to and from airport that never showed up.

If you come with little babies make sure you bring their passports too otherwise they won’t let you in. The rooms had too many ants and the bathrooms had cockroaches. Check in says at 3 pm however they made us wait until 5 pm to give us a room. I reserved 3 rooms and they were all in different areas despite that we were traveling with little kids and we were all a family. Food was good and service at the diners were great however not happy with the rest for all the money that we paid. Very disappointing.

The only think that I did't like was that you can't make dinner reservations at check in because the all the reservations are sold out by that point. It would be great if that was offered at the RSVP point.

Everything good except for the check-in and check-out time. We waited more than 2 hours to get our room, checking out very inefficient too, Decameron had only one person in the reception to help more than more or less 30 people waiting, of course with that load receptionist was kind of rude (not her fault) Positive: great food at the buffet, great services from the staff in the dining areas, entertaining was a big plus, but

Excellent staff. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. The facility had all the bells and whistles with everything inclusive. Great food, wine and beverages.

Nos fue muy bien, todo el personal muy atento y servicial. Las instalaciones impecables. El unico inconveniente fue que reservé una habitacion con cama matrimonial y nos dieron una con dos camas individuales.

Muy lindo lugar, bien cuidado. Tiene oportunidades de mejora en cuanto a los procesos de check-in y check-out.

Was unique about the property

La habitación es buena, al desayuno le falta variedad. No hay opción de jugos naturales sin azúcar. Podrían poner más opciones de alimentación saludable, Ejm ensaladas con variedad. Incluso tener avena sin azúcar.

Me robaron 400 dolares al momento del check in. Hotels.com tampoco se hizo responsable del error que se cometio.

Fue bueno pero creo que pueden mejorar en algunos aspecto Por ejemplo los horarios de las piscinas El cambio de pulseras, las canchas de fullbito Y baskets En las comidas los vasos son muy pequeños y se tiene que repetir varias veces más hielo

Todo muy bonito una vez que estás instalado. Pero el proceso de check in (que supongo han tenido que ajustar apresuradamente para acomodarse a la pandemia) deja todavía mucho que desear. No puede ser la mejor idea que han tenido que se acumule la gente a las tres de la tarde para que todos hagan el ingreso juntos.
