Everythings are good, esp the service , muy bien. The choice of breakfast is limited but since it is free so it is still fine. The only thing to conplain isvthe water pressure of the shower which dispoointed me

整體服務非常好，有免費穿梭巴士來往機場。唯一缺點是冲涼花灑頭的水太弱！

Infelizmente varios pontos negativos. Serviço do restaurante ruim, com atendimento desatento. área de lazer externa com muito barulho à noite, o hotel deveria ter mais cuidado com isso, musica e conversas altas após as 22h atrapalham aos que tem que acordar cedo para ir ao aeroporto. Café da manhã muito pobre, desorganizado e descuidado.

Its close to the airport which is what we were looking for but the area wasn't great. While the lobby could use a refresh, the rooms were generally ok

Best choice for a stopover at the airport. They have constant pick up and drop off service to the airport, comfortable rooms and great service. Since my flight was so early, they even prepared me a breakfast to takeaway.

Me gustó la cercanía al aeropuerto y la comodidad de la habitación. Muy buen servicio del personal y el restaurante tuvo un buen menú y excelente atención. Buen transporte del aeropuerto al hotel y muy amable el conductor. No me gustó el olor que emana del mismo hotel, y hasta en las habitaciones. No pude descansar muy bien por el olor desagradable que rodeaba todo el hotel. Muy mala primera impresión del ambiente externo (aroma a alcantarillado roto).

Good choices and good food.

Very good hotel for a short stay near airport. Hotel is in very good condition and well kept up. Included breakfast which was decent, and a restaurant/bar open til 11:00pm. Nothing in area, but as long as your are aware/prepared, it is quiet to relax and watch Netflix . Would recommend for a certain type of travel.

Me parece que deberían tener comunicación, dos días antes, para saber si van a pasar por el cliente en el aeropuerto, tuve que tomar un bus y me dejo lejos, en fin, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, no me gusto, el aire fatal, prácticamente no tuve aire, lo estuve ajustando y nada, fue aire caliente, en fín... sin embargo, la atención de su personal excelente, fue lo principal, es un hecho que próximamente cuando vuelva a Santiago, buscare otra opción y ustedes NO. Gracias.
