Bathroom had leakage and floor was wet. We slipped about 6 tines

Pathetic check-in experience and stay. They couldn't find the booking, the room was not allocated until 4pm, complete lack in coordination. Lights not working, AC in the master bedroom had a problem, bathroom amenities were missing; not something you expect from a chain of this reputation. Very disappointing.

Hotel , Breakfast buffet all was very good. But the approach road is pathetic. 7-8 kms of dirt gravel and potholes. Will not go again only because of this reason

7 out of 10 people in my family got severe food poisoning after first night dinner at the property. I stayed there on 15th night and then checked out immediately on 16th.

Property typically caters to weddings, and most facilities get closed. Beware while going from Dec to Mar in particular due to perpetual functions. Terrible roads and fairly ignorant staff to boot.

Average, hotel has power cuts during the day and we experienced it multiple times. Although they have a generator it takes a few minutes to kick in. I thought the rooms offer some mountain view or valleys but nothing exists. The location too is quite remote and interior and driving on bas roads is a big issue

Not so good. approach to the Hotel is very bad. Roads are in Bad shape broken & pot Holes. Food is not good. Breakfast places are not defined. Swimming pool is very dirty. No body foolos the Rules.

Radisson: We choose high-rated property for convenience and service as we just want to enjoy our time when we pay such huge amount. Day 1: Check In was too late as server was down (Not an issue we accommodated that time for lunch and we checked in at 04:30). Day 1: Problems with housekeeping and it took 2 hours to come and place the bed for us at night Day 2: Problems with inhouse electricity (Power in and out) Day 2: No power at 04:30AM and we had to keep calling the engineer to fix the electricity. Disappointment from such a high level property

Good

Stay was good. Was charged for the high tea which was not expected as I have stayed in many places and high tea has always been a part of the package. Also something has to be done with regard to the number of flies especially in the kids zone and also at the dinner buffet. Otherwise all was good

Stay was good however buggy service through golf cart was not maintaining time properly due to overcrowding.

The property is good. Perhaps one of those very few properties which have good enough arrangements to engage young kids. Is pet friendly too. The only negative is the food. Food is not that great and especially the management of food in the morning free buffet - it's chaotic. Rest - it's super.

1) Very courteous staff 2) Well maintained and clean property 3) Fun park in a resort is a nice concept (can be slightly more moderately priced though) 4) Well maintained open areas and swimming pool
