standar penginapan, menginap satu hari. agak bau asap malemnya, ga tau deh asap dari mana, tapi oke kok.

Hotel berbau rokok. Bilik bersarang labah-labah. Hadapan hotel kotor. Tandas paip air tidak berfungsi. Belakang pintu tandas banyak habuk. Air conditioner tak sejuk. Staff OK 1-10 bagi 7.

Service sangat jelek, AC tidak jalan, bathroom nya tidak ada sabun dan lain-lain, air wastafel jatih di luar wastafel jadi kamar mandi basah.

Broken shower room & kind of stink, bedsheet had stains (looks unclean), wifi only works in the lobby at that time.

One of the staff there, the personality & attitude were like a sh*t. The telephone in the room can't be used. I went to the counter and requested an iron and iron board. But he said got no iron board, it fine then I just want iron. He said will be sent to the room immediately. I was waiting for 40 minutes then went to the counter again, he said: “ forgot”. I said to him please give it to me now but he mentioned he will be sent to the room. He never apologised. I went up to my room with him in the same lift, I try to press the button to my room on 2 nd floor. The button don't work, I pressed it a bit harder. He scolded me … woo…. He was a fu**er really. Hee said if broken then how? I said I will pay. Do you know what this staff doing, he just turn off the lift for the whole hotel and told me the lift was broken then I had to pay? I had be travelling around the world and stayed in many hotels before. I had never ever faced those types of service.

Kunci pintu dan lampu kamar berbeda, jadi masuk ke hotel kamar sudah dingin. Handuk bau bolong-bolong, kotor, ranjang kotor tidur gatal-gatal, keran air wastafel tidak tepat masuk ke wastafelnya, minta kamar non asap rokok, tapi kamar bau banget asap rokok sampai tidak bisa tidur. Parah not recommended

Bersih, nyaman, banyak yang jual makanan disekitarnya, strategis. Tapi ada satu recepcionistnya cowok) kurang ramah dan tidak bisa memberikan Penjelasan yang jelas seperti saya yang kesini pendatang. tapi overall good lah!
