Only good location, almost facilities here inside the room and public area (elevator, swimming pool,.) are very very old and damaged, also humidity smell everywhere. Moreover, if you use iPhone, you can't charge it here because the outlet is flat and they sell the adapter which in all of places in stayed around Cebu were offered for free. Never come back and not recommend this place.

Celebrated my son's 2nd birthday here. Staff are ok. Swimming pool is available if no one is using it for an event. Room is also ok.

We're supposed to stay at the hotel for 2 days, but we check out after a day instead. Because their wifi has no connection.

Nice place for someone who wants to have a cheaper hotel Rate to stay. Clean room with cable tv, aircon and bathroom. The staff were also nice.

We booked 2 months ago but when we arrived on the hotel late night we almost had no available rooms. We booked for twin bed but ended with double bed. We also paid 500 for deposit fee. Overall, the room was nice and large.

The hotel is placed in the middle of a dark alley. Although their attendants are polite, the hotel itself is so old and dilapidated. When we entered our room, we immediately saw small cockroaches. The bed cover looks dirty too as well as their toilet and bath. They may have cleaned it prior to our arrival but it is evident that the hotel is not well maintained. We looked for other hotel near by and checked out. We couldn't sleep there even just for 1 night.

Inconvenient location, not clean, old appliances.

This hotel is very old. We regretted that we chose this hotel to spend our last night in Cebu. The staff weren't that accommodating compared to other hotels we've stayed at. The amenities and facilities were really old. The shower didn't work well. The aircon was so ancient. We didn't get enough sleep because the aircon was so noisy. We hated the place in general!! It was also hard to get a taxi there because the location was not accessible!! Please let this hotel know that their service is the worst I've ever had, and they really need a great improvement!!!

I ask for a hot water and it took me an hour for me to have it. Obviously their attendant was inattentive to guest request that I need to call the front desk again just to make a followup. Duh!! an hour for just a cup of hot water!?

Room was dirty and very old establishment. Building lacks maintenance and renovation. Staff at the front desk were not accommodating and worst no taxi available at the premises. Safety is at stake.

We arrived for check in, we have lots of stuff. I told the receptionist ahead that we need assistance with our bags. She just said yes but we were never helped. We ordered birthday noodles yet it's literally tasteless. We asked to borrow cups because they have thermos but no cups in the room they have glasses but it's gonna be hot if we use the glasses, they charged 50 pesos per cup as they said its a deposit? Yet we booked for three days! We never experienced this in other hotels; putting cups in the room is part of the hospitality. We always stay here to relax. We also like the swimming pool. But the service is bad.

The service is very poor! I will not recommend this hotel to travelers! The front desk officers doesn't have proper etiquette to the guests. Every now and then you will to pay for their services, even serving coffee to the room, you gonna pay for it! Even the guard doesn't how to help on carrying those bulk and heavy luggages.
