Room service need a lot of improvement

Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean and spacious room. Best part was the free shuttle to the airport, which was very professional and right on time!

Good for short trip, airport shuttle service is great

- flooding from the rain meant the carpet in my room was soaking wet and had to listen to water dripping from the walls all night - it took 2 hours for housekeeping to bring coffee creamer, which was missing - rough around the edges, carpet dirty in hallways, bad smell in rooms - made me pay cash for room service

الغرفه كانت رايعه لكن كان هناك تسريب ماء من شطافة التواليت واغرقت الحمام بالماء والفلاش تبع التواليت لم يكن بالقوة الكافيه التبريد تبع الغرفه لم يكن يعمل بكفاءةلكن الفندق والنظافه رايع

Staff was great, very pleasant and helpful, made me feel very appreciated. Specially the general manager omar and the front desk Khalil and hayder , very Specially thanks to them, very highly recommended to stay at.

Everything was perfect, the cleanliness, the staff plus the hotel is close to several good restaurants.

Meubles dépareillés et vétustes dans la chambre. Propreté médiocre. Pas de chaines de télévision en Anglais ou en Français. Fin filet d'eau dans la salle de bains. Restaurant de piètre qualité (absence totale de clients au restaurant ce qui n'est pas agréable). Par contre, personnel de réception serviable. Je tiens à épingler les bons services de Mohammed.

hotel needs remodeling, old , smells , ac wasn't working properly , odd charcoal smell when you walk into the lobby

The roof was leaking, tried to have a shower the water was on all floor, the carpet is disgusting, i called them for the water leak and to bring sheets, they ignored the leak and sent towels, i was completely disappointed.

I was waiting for cleaning room more than one hour

The staff were amazing. The only downside is that I ordered a car to drop me off to the airport and they forgot. But then they sent another one.
