Lapisan Closet duduk agar di ganti, karena retak pada kiri dan kanan, mengakibatkan, paha kejepit saat bangkit dari WC

Ini pertama pengalaman saya liburan ke KL. Ketika saya dan teman teman check in, kamar masih berantakan dan bau rokok. Danwi fi sangat menyebalkan. Kami harus menunggu housekeeping datang untuk memberikan. Setelah menunggu beberapa jam, housekeeping datang dan membersihkan kamar. Wi fi benar benar sangat jelek. Tidak lagi untuk menginap di sini.

Overall sudah sangat baik, paling untuk dibenahi/diganti baru matras kasur di luar kamar utama karena pegas peer & kawat-kawat nya sudah terlepas dan ada bebeapa besi nya keluar, untuk matras nya sendiri juga sudah banyak yang sobek-sobek. Terima. Kasih.

Gila bangets rainbow belum check in uda di cansel deluan dari pihak hotelnya, mana uang refund gak disetujui sama pihak hotel, blgnya uda disetujui padahal belum, gilak bangt

Tidak sama seperti terlihat diiklan , Ruangan sdh tua Dan tidak terawat, Banyak alat yang tidak dapat digunakan . Tidak nyaman.

Ruang kamar tidak mirip gambar di iklan, tidak terawat, banyak yang sudah rusak. Tidak nyaman digunakan.

Sangat puas menginap di sini, tempatnya gabung dengan Time Square Mall. Cari makan gampang, berada di pusat kota, kemana-mana bisa jalan kaki, ke Twin Tower hanya jalan kaki 500 meter. Tempat yang nyaman, bersih, petugas fast respon. View dari kamar sangat indah. Pokoknya mau ke sini lagi kalau ke Kuala Lumpur.

Sayang tidak enjoy karena dari awal pelayanan kurang baik dan tidak ada reseptionis di lobby. WiFi tidak diberikan kalau tidak ditanya saya dapat bilik yang pemiliknya tidak flexible. Apa-apa semua dia minta uang tambah, kamar banyak sekali serangga kecil dan tempat tidur bunyi-bunyi, kloset tergenang air. Sangat buruk.

Value for money. The air conditioning not functioning well

If you're looking for a place just to sleep, it's quite good. Spacious, so if you have a big family it won't be a problem. Next to mall, so buying food, or anything else also easy. But don't expect a kind of hotel service, since it's owned by individuals. Make sure you can call / text message the agent when you arrive at the site.

Service very bad. Room dirty, water leaking.

The accommodation was nice, clean The things I dislike is the whole decoration is rather old, i could say is an old apartment, despite of that, everything was nice

Untuk check in ke hotel harus menunggu sangat lama karena mereka pakai sistem agen dan harus cari agennya terlebih dahulu

Pelayanan staf hotel kurang memuaskan, lama menunggu check-in dan check-out, waktu check-in kamar belum dibersihkan.

This hotel is in good location and the room also good. but the person in charge quite unhelpful. we ask for the deposit receipt but he keep on delaying. Then we already inform that we need to checking out early by 9.00am because we are running for our flight. But sadly we are waiting for more than half an hour to the person come. Surprisingly another person came to see us. When we ask for the refund of our deposit this person need to call his colleague first because we don't have a receipt for that deposit. We feel uncomfortable just like we are bluffing about the deposit. Thank god the person who take our money admitted about the deposit and the second person have to giving back our money with unsatisfying face.

Good and much better from other suites at Times Square and cheap

I enjoyed this apartment because close to central of Kuala Lumpur and many shops around the apartment

I booked 2 rooms (family) with special request connected room, unfortunately one in 20 fl and one in 40 fl, I asked for one floor but no available room. So we decide only use one room in 40 fl because the room larger than 20 fl room. The bed in room 40 fl was broke and no one can fix it. So we're not happy
