Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Mitarbeiter waren alle außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem Eingangstor zum Krüger Nationalpark und ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Wasser im Pool machte allerdings keinen guten Eindruck. Der Pool wurde zwar täglich gereinigt, dennoch war das Wasser nicht klar.

Bushveld terrace is the only place to stay in Phalaborwa, staff are friendly, rooms clean and spacious. Restuarant serves delicious meals

Beautiful place with amazingly friendly and welcoming staff, from the Chef to the waitresses and the reception. They have mastered the art of hospitality!

Even with the stress of new Level 3 restrictions put in place during our stay, the staff did a great job to accommodate us guests. We really appreciated it.

Très bel hôtel, aux portes du parc Kruger, pratique pour visiter. Belle chambre avec beaucoup d'espace et très confortable. Joli cadre, gentillesse du personnel. Petit déjeuner excellent.

Klasse Unterkunft, wirklich nur 300 Meter zum Gate vom Krüger Park. Früher Check in war möglich. Schöner Pool.

クルーガー国立公園のファラボルワゲート近くのリゾートホテルで、ロケーションは最高。インテリアはシンプル&モダン、設備・アメニティはベーシックだが、サービス・ホスピタリティは素晴らしい。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切。早朝に出発するゲストが多いらしく、朝食用のクロワッサンサンド、ジュース、果物なども持ち帰り用に準備してくれるサービスもあり。 アジアのホテル滞在に慣れている方は、歯磨きセットとスリッパを持参されることをお勧めします。 ホテル内のレストランの食事も美味しくリーズナブル。ワインセレクションが今ひとつなので、生ビールを注文する方がベターかも。

Hotel bem próximo da entrada de um dos portões do parque. Equipe bastante atenciosa. Café da manhã muito bom( você pode pedir umas das varias opções para ser feito na hora). Quarto de alto padrão. Adoramos nossa experiência este hotel. Recomendo

Lovely hotel- clean, comfortable and warm and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and well presented with everything you need. The hotel is a stones throw from Phalaborwa gate which is a nice quiet gate to enter Kruger. The restaurant was really good and they provide a great packed breakfast if you want an early start in the park.
