I didn’t like the way I was treated just because I booked through Expedia, it’s was awkward but it’s like they don’t like Expedia reservations. The hotel is rundown. The rooms are ok, housekeeping staff seemed to be polite and that’s about it. Front desk horrible at customer service. The pool was ok except for the fact that there was hardly any the light at night. It seemed secure but would not go back and stay here. Trust me.

They kept trying to charge me with amenities that were free and then they over charged me for my breakfast that was suppose to be free. They kept saying that the website was wrong and that the prices on the menu was wrong. I would not recommend staying there, unless you want to be charged extra for everything that they say is free on the website.

Los que están en frente son muy malos tengo 5 años q me quedo en esta hotel cada vez q vengo a Mexico y esta vez es el único que fue tan mal!

Service from Reception was fair, stayed 3 nights each day after returning to hotel had to reactivate room key, pretty sure was changed for free breakfast that was included in price while ordering room service. In addition, ate breakfast at restaurant third day, waiter required breakfast tickets in orders to provide free breakfast. Had asked reception for tickets, tickets were never provided during check in, reception indicated had to ask for breakfast each day prior to being served, this was never communicated during check in. Also was changed $40 dollars more at hotel check in then indicated from Hotels.com receipt.

The bed are so hard to sleep on it

El hotel está bien ubicado para conseguir alimentos. Hay una plaza comercial a pocos pasos, bancos y servicios, también un supermercado.

The first unfortionet experience is when we tried to check in the people at the counter tried to over charge us not wanting to respect the Hotels.com price. Secondly the key kept disactivating every other day. Thirdly some of the counter workers were un profesional and unfriendly.

Convenient is the best I can say. No hot water for a shower at the end of a long day was disappointing. The problem was addressed, but only resulted in lukewarm water.

Friendly and helpful staff at the reception and the restaurant. Hotel is located close to a small shopping center (with a diversified food court and a theater among others) and also provides a nice pool. The room was clean but could benefit some renovation/refresh. Hot water in the morning was not really warm. Despite its nice and friendly staff, hardly the best of Best Western hotels in Mexico...

Al cambiar de dueños sus estándares en cuanto a las habitaciones no son los mismos aumentaron sus costo por reservación . Se siguen renovando y seguramente alcanzarán niveles que volverán hacer una mejor opción en hospedaje .
