I came here with not much expectations (due to the reviews) but I had a wonderful experience. The hotel may be dated but the amenities work just fine. Courteous staff. Amazing view. Good location. Very accessible to everything. We really had a comfortable stay. So glad to have found this hotel. Will definitely recommend and book again.

While the staff were absolutely delightful and willing to help, the place itself was dated. The bed sheets were discolored and had an “old”, sort of moldy smell. The bathtub looked dirty even though they assured it was only the adhesive on the pipes. The air conditioner couldn’t cool the room during the day and also emitted a moldy smell.

Great stay. Nothing fancy, just the bare necessities. Functional airconditioning, sufficiently hot water, efficient service, and staff. The linens are pretty old, a bit tattered, but definitely clean. Bathrooms are clean as well, albeit old. The stunning views of the sea make up for it though. gorgeous view from the veranda. Also, the food is great! Reasonably priced, hefty servings, and delicious. They have an extensive menu, and yet everything we ordered was available. In the city center too, right next to the port, the bus station, the market, the church and the food park. You'd expect it would be noisy, but not at all. You are still afforded reasonable privacy. The reasonably priced rooms are just a bonus I think. Will definitely stay again should we ever find ourselves back in Ormoc.

We stayed at the 6th floor facing in the bay. The hotel staff are friendly but when we ask some tourist destination on their place they cannot provide the details and also location on how to access on it. We also had a problem on their cable connection in our room because the reception is not clear but when we ask their staff to fixed on it they responded it quickly. However the connection on the room that we stayed is not really good, Luckily, jimboy suggested us to transfer to other room that has better cable reception. Thanks to him :-)

It is a good place to stay. Good price. Clean room. Great shower. Awesome view of the sea and port. Easy walk to restaurants and laundry shop. They also have in-house restaurant but we did not try it. The building still shows some small signs of Typhoon Yolanda. We will stay there again.

Everything was average. But definitely a good location just a few minutes away from the pier.

The hotel is good perfect for my staying..
