Muy mala experiencia en este hotel. El personal de limpieza entró a mi habitación y tiró mis pertenencias personales a la basura. Cuando lo informé en la recepción, la actitud del personal fue terrible: en lugar de disculparse o intentar solucionar el problema, me culparon diciendo que era mi responsabilidad por no guardar mis cosas en la caja fuerte. No ofrecieron ninguna disculpa ni compensación. Un servicio completamente irresponsable y sin respeto hacia los huéspedes. No recomiendo este hotel a nadie. Very bad experience at this hotel. The housekeeping staff entered my room and threw away my personal belongings. When I reported it to the front desk, the staff’s attitude was awful — instead of apologizing or trying to help, they blamed me, saying it was my fault for not keeping my things in the safe. No apology, no compensation, no responsibility. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful service. I do not recommend this hotel at all. I’m sad for my lost . It’s not something I can get it anywhere again … :(

Es mi lugar de estancia en mis visitas de trabajo a CdMx. Espero que no dejen de darle mantenimiento, indispensable para mantener la calidad.

En la CDMX nos gusta mucho ir aquí por la comodidad de tener el centro comercial tan cerca y además el hotel es excelente

Great place to stay. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

Once you arrived, the hotel, the mall, and everything else were great. However, the surrounding area wasn't very nice, making the journey there a bit unpleasant.

This is a very very good hotel at a good price. It’s located in a shopping mall with a grocery store where you can find anything you need. The location is the city is not that good though. There’s too much traffic in the area because it is a hub for public transportation. Getting in an out can be challenging, specially during rush hour. But in general, it’s a very good place to stay and the staff is friendly. One big miss for me was the lack of Electric car recharging stations in the parking lot. Marriott hotels usually have free charging stations. I’ll probably avoid staying here because of this reason. But if this is not an issue for you, then it’s a good place to stay for business travelers in the city.

Todo en general está súper bien, lo único que no me gustó fue la zona por donde llegas al hotel, el taxi nos dejó en la zona de paradas de microbús, combi, de ahí en fuera todo está excelente, servicio y atenciones super

Todo Super exelente .. agarre la habitación más grande Super .. exelente.. única falla la alberca parece ya salón se sauna .. no tiene ninguna ventana al exterior y el agua de la alberca súper caliente … ps aunque no te metas de sofocas

El aire acondicionado en la habitación, al parecer es central, entonces no lo puede manipular y es de los que enfrían ocasionalmente, así que hacía calor.

Everything was fine, clean, friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is literally inside of a mall. I probably should have read a more in depth description of the location. We ended moving to Roma Norte, which was much more our speed. But if you don't mind being in a mall, then this is a great place.
