Good and clean

Some rooms (like mine) looked out at a sheer adjoining wall. No view, no sunlight, dark and drab. Avoid room 217! Breakfast was standard industrial fare - nothing tasty. My toilet briefly made a sound like a jet landing as the bowl refilled. I didn't call maintenance, though, so I guess it's on me.

Friendly accommodating staff

Staff was friendly. Area didn't feel safe at night. Hotel requires card to enter 24 hrs.

Always a comfortable stay!

It was a medical stay. Very convenient location. Walkable. Only complaint was the lounge chair was not comfortable. Loved the ottomans on wheels.

We were never told that I would be charge for parking You need to have some notes that you would be charged for parking We would never have booked if I knew we would be charge parking because the place was not convenient

Comfortable and enjoyable stay. Staff was so helpful and friendly, especially staff setting up breakfast. Room was very clean and bed very relaxing. Bathroom had few minor problems needing an aesthetic patch up. My family and I would stay here again.
