Basic accommodation. Pet friendly. Had a lovely meal at nearby restaurant, the Bon Ap.

Didn’t stay due to flight cancellation. Not reply when trying to contact via telephone

We were unable to honour our original booking due to a Brexit related problem with our dogs at the Channel Tunnel in the UK. I emailed the hotel and received a reply the following day saying that our stay would be honoured for the following night which we were able to accept and subsequently arrived and stayed. No additional charge was requested, only the extra for our dogs to be in the room with us. Well done Ibis Budget Dax

Air conditioning didn’t work and room was boiling and couldn’t sleep, after driving 11 hours not the best place to rest and refuel for the next 7 hour journey. The gentleman at the reception was nice but once we got into the room and settled in he had already finished and there was no one there to advise about the air conditioning

On arrival we were greeted by a smashed door with the glass held together with masking tape. The reception was closed (3pm!) but there was an automated checkin machine. All I had to do was insert my confirmation number which I did, 5 times, and it wouldn't recognise it. No problem, there's a phone number to call if you're having difficulty getting in. The call went straight to voicemail so we had to wait 2 hours to check in. The girl on reception was extremely helpful, no problem at all. Tea and coffee were via vending machines in the hallway, again this is a budget hotel, no problem. The room was clean enough. Very basic, but you get what you pay for. The locale is commercial, retail park stuff but there's a very nice lake close by and some good walks accessed behind the retail "sheds". It was just a "get the head down" on a long journey up from Southern Spain so it was OK for us and at the price there's nothing to complain about.

Good clean basic accommodation. The breakfasts was ok but we have enjoyed better at other IBIS hotels where fresh produce was more plentiful. The restaurant next door offers really food at great price and is very conveniently situated and enhances the overall experience. We found it difficult to find the location despite using a sat-nav maybe better location guide would help?

Yövyimme ohikulkumatkalla. Ystävällinen asiakaspalvelu. Huone oli siisti ja tilava, mutta ripustustilaa/säilytystilaa 3 hengen tavaroille täälläkin olisimme kaivannut lisää. Saimme nukuttua hyvin, voisimme yöpyä toistekin.

Mon séjour était bien, grâce au petit déjeuner, et le personnel sympa, dommage que le matelas n'étais pas confortable avec un protège matelas en plastique, nous avons beaucoup transpiré, les draps étaient mouillés.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, tres bon accueil, personnel agréable, petit déjeuner parfait.

c'est regrettable que j'ai eu un lit superposé au dessus de ma tête, car je me suis cognée la tête et j'ai vu 36 chandelles. Je n'ai pas pu avoir une chambre sans ce lit au dessus-de ma tête c'est regrettable.

Le nettoyage des grilles vmc est moyen
