Excellent service, staffs are very friendly and helpful! Thanks to them that I had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was great, room also comfortable. Located in the city, convenient to travel around.

服務非常貼心~ 感覺每位接待服務人員都能記住每間房客及需求，態度也非常熱誠 地點雖不在夜市酒吧街旁，搭TuTu去也只要2美元，但飯店旁有很棒的在地人推薦美食餐廳及spa、超市

非常好的酒店，旁邊就有好吃的餐廳

住的很開心, 所有的服務人員都親切有禮, 距離夜市, Art Night Market, Pub Street都不遠, 大約一公里左右, 在旅館門口坐Tuctuc 美金兩元, 如果不怕熱, 也可以走過去。

I was really fear of the wall lizard, i scream all the time when i saw them. The hotel staff do not feel impatient with me. They arrange me a room it was not much wall lizard and tell me that they will check the room for me. They give reassurance to me. Also, they have a Flexibility and patiently to handle your demand.

房间很大，很干净，非常喜欢点单式早餐，很好吃！我们大概晚上11点才到。因为我女儿超过12岁，反复交涉后，增加了30美金*4晚的费用。从加床，2-3次的房间服务和早餐来看，这钱还是划得来的！酒店虽小，环境很好，建筑呈正方形排列，三边是两层楼的客房，正面这条边是一楼是前台，二楼是餐厅。正方形的当中是游泳池。设计得很好！如果有机会，希望可以再去。看日出打包的早餐很实用。联系巴士公司也很尽责，服务员很亲切！比越南的好多了

房間很棒！但飯店卻以樓上房客小孩很吵為由，說要幫我們升級到另一間五星級飯店，換到那間才發現那裡房間大小只有原本的1/4，櫃子壞掉，WIFI訊號差，我們要求換回 Priviliege Boutique，他們一開始還跟我們說房間已經租出去，我們不相信怎麼可能我們才剛離開不到一小時就被租走所以很強硬說要換回去，最後果然還是換回原本的房間，而且發現樓上根本沒有什麼小孩....感覺只是隨便找個藉口想把我們換去那間比較差的飯店 雖然整體飯店的服務都很好，但這件事情真的讓人感覺很差！

We arrived at night and were not fully aware of the condition of this property until the next morning. The property is nothing like the photos. Our room was filthy. Mould on the shower curtain and stains all over the upholstery. Underneath the toilet seat was disgusting. The bed was rock hard. The swimming pool was dirty and had green mould on the tiles. The property was infested with mosquitoes. There was no restaurant or bar. We were served eggs at breakfast that were only partially cooked. We left after one night.

The pool had a film over it and wasn’t pumping round so didn’t want to use it as it looked dirty…The restaurant was closed so we had to order breakfast and then we had to eat it in our room…The bar was also shut down so couldn’t get a drink…The rooms themselves looked lovely but the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was luke warm and the plug hole was all blocked…I felt like squatters …

It might have been privilege to stay at the Privilege Boutique hotel some time ago, but is not any longer. The property feels old and in need of refurbishment (that might explain the cheaper price compared to other 4 star hotel in the area). The pool doesn't look very clean (on the surface of the water) and the pool chairs are simply dirty (I didn't see 1 person using the pool during my 4-day stay). There is no restaurant so you need to pre-order your breakfast in the evening and the staff will bring it and set it up in the small outdoor space in front of the room. There is also a karaoke next to the hotel which can be noisy in the evening. What saves this property is the staff which went out of its way to make our stay pleasant. We asked for mangoes for breakfast and they happily obliged; they also made phone calls for us to book restaurants.

Quite central, staff very attentive but breakfast options could be better. Still worth the price.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures, better stay away. It was closed during the pandemic and now tourism is on the rise again, it’s in a deplorable state. Pictures are definitely pre-COVID. Breakfast was a joke (menu to choose from, but way too little and below basic level). Booked four nights left after one. Staff was helpful and understanding and refunded the money for the remaining nights.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Customer service to the highest standards, staff is super friendly and welcoming and happy to help. Breakfast was good although service a bit slow sometimes. The room was spacious and clean with a great balcony. The hotel is quiet, 10 min walk or a 3 minute Tuk-Tuk ride to pub street and market. Supermarket and pharmacy 1 min walk away. Beds are comfortable and the room has good sized bathroom. The pool is really nice and the bar serves really good cocktails. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great hotel well located in quite area but close by the city center. Big modern and confortable room with balcony. Wonderful staff very kind and helpful who will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I definitely recommend it and hope to go back again.

スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。 ホテルから空港までの車の手配、ホテル滞在中の様々な配慮、チェックアウト後も荷物の預かりやシャワーの利用など、イレギュラーなお願いにも笑顔で対応してくれまさした。

Nous avons séjourné une nuit et nous aurions souhaité rester plus longtemps. L’hôtel est un petit havre de paix, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres et le personnel attentif à nos besoins. Le chauffeur est venu nous récupérer à l’aéroport gratuitement et moyennant 10$ le retour a été organisé par leurs soins également. La piscine est propre et les transats confortables. Bon petit déjeuner servi en salle ou sur la petite terrasse de la chambre. Literie confortable et chambre calme (504). Localisation excellente, accès facile aux marchés de nuit et restaurants. Petite supérette à proximité avec distributeurs d’argent. J’y reviendrai sans problème lors d’un prochain séjour à Siem Reap.

L’emplacement est bien et le personnel Assez serviable.

My aunt and I stayed here for 3 days in January and would definitely recommend it. The staff were lovely and so helpful, particularly Prally and the younger girl (who I unfortunately didn’t get a name for). The hotel is in a really good location as it is only a 5 minute walk to town. The hotel has a feel of. Family run hotel and it really was amazing just how helpful n slovenly the staff were.

Staff fantastic, could not help you enough. Location good, easy walking distance to market and pub street . Room spacious and clean. Bed and pillows comfortable and cozy after a long day. Pool large, nice chairs and umbrellas. Pool towels provided.
