Pros: I can pay and have breakfast buffet in the hotel Room is clean & quiet Staff member is helpful when I asking the traffic to Santa Claus Village & the airport Cons: The sauna room opening duration is short so I can't enjoy sauna in Finland My room is at 1st floor and I need take my suitcase to walk for 1 storey of floor. No lift. Notes: The hotel is small and consist of 2 (or few?) buildings. I need to leave main building and walk for 10 seconds to next building for my room. There is limited of numbers of room in the hotel. The room building is 2-storey.

酒店雖遠離車站，但距離市中心卻很近。 附近有各式店舖，也有大型超市，應有盡有。 酒店採單位式設計，各單位均設有廚房，在高昂的餐廳中，可以嘗試自己下廚。廚房用具齊全，但需要自備調品類。

A area is ficam os apartamentos (que é na parte de trás do prédio do hotel) parece ser mais antiga e com uma manutenção mais precária. O quarto ficava no segundo andar e não contava com elevador, tinha um cheiro ruim (tipo de vinagre) que permaneceu até irmos mesmo após ter reclamado. Não possui uma cama confortável e o banheiro é antigo, molha inteiro por não ter divisão com a área do vaso (inclusive já deixavam um rodo lá pra você mesmo resolver o seu problema). O ponto forte para mim no hotel foi o atendimento brasileiro Ícaro que foi excelente e o café da manhã que é muito bom e inclusivo (com muitas opções para celíacos, intolerantes a lactose, Veganos, etc).

Fomos recebidos pelo Ícaro, um brasileiro super gente boa que trabalha lá. Check in incrível, ele orientou antes pegarmos um quarto com sauna seca foi maravilhoso. Indico o hotel próximo ao centro e ao shopping. O ícaro é um cara super gente boa e lhe dará excelente dicas. Indico todos brasileiros ou não a ficar lá com toda certeza.

Pesu huoneessa haisi virtsa, muuten siisti huoneisto. Varaan uudestaan vielä.

Huoneisto oli parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, mutta olosuhteisiin nähden siisti. Lämmintä vettä ei tullut mistään hanasta, joten suihkussa jäi käymättä. Hyvitykseksi tarjottiin aamiaisella yli jääneitä munkkeja 😂 Palvelu muuten oli hyvin ystävällistä.

Rovaniemi is nice city. Good position for hotel. Good price versus quality

Aparthementoksessa oli oven avattuani maakellarin haju ja WC:ssä alkoi silmiä kutittamaan.

Hyttysiä 20 kpl odottamassa. Siinä menikin tunti ötököitä tappaessa. Muuten siisti huone ja televisio, jääkaappi ja hella. Tilaa oli vaikka tansseihin.

Overall a good stay, clean and quiet. would recommend some darkcurtains for the apartments as its quite bright outside during spring/summer. Breakfast could use an upgrade, but still good as it was.
