bella stanza in un edificio storico credo! per fortuna c'è il parquet nelle stanze! personale davvero gentile divertente

The staff were very helpful and acomidating to my family. We tried to buy some water from the resteraunt before leaving and instead they gave us a free little if water and sweet breads for my children. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again the next time we travel through Romania

All'arrivo non risultava la prenotazione e tanto meno il pagamento. Gentilmente visto che la Camera era Libera mi hanno fatto comunque alloggiare in attesa di chiarire l'equivoco. Chiarito il problema il giorno seguente grazie al supporto del servizio clienti. Hotel vecchio. Pulizia approssimativa. Cambio biancheria mai eseguito.

The hotel looks great from outside and on the photos, however, once you are in, it's a very grim and poorly maintained place. Pity there's not much choice on Hotels.com for Braila. The stuff is nice but, not trained. The breakfast was like in a restaurant 30 yr ago.
