黃金會員的我沒有升級房間 一開始也沒有受到美酒待遇 提醒了以後才有 房間不夠乾淨 有螞蟻的存在 服務台的人男性服務很好 很有禮貌 很多語言都會說 Spa 還不錯 他的停車位子也很夠 旁邊的沙灘很美 服務有待加強 五星的服務

Bedste ferie i mange år. Superhotel, supergod mad og ikke mindst et fantastisk personale, hvor alle var meget venlige, imødekommende, hjælpsomme og smilende. Man blev mødt med et smil i receptionen, i restauranten, ved poolen og hos rengøringspersonalet - alle var glade. Det gjorde opholdet til en fantastisk oplevelse. Tusind tak, Rikke og Jan

What can I say, I’m in the hospitality industry and this hotel took customer service to another level. The staff is the best part, everyone is so nice. They always very attentive and even learned my daughters name and so attentive to her during breakfast and dinner. I’m so picky to where I stay but honestly I have nothing bad to say, amazing amenities, the room was comfortable and had the best ocean view and waking up everyday to it was beyond incredible. Definitely one of the best stays and I’ll come back again.

Leider wurden die Erwartungen an ein 5 Sterne Haus nicht erfüllt. Zwar war das Frühstück im Vergleich zum 4 Sterne Hipotel besser aber der Rest enttäuschte (Bett etwas durchgelegen - gequietscht - nur zwei harte Kissen zur Auswahl)

Beautiful hotel, very clean and modern with delicious breakfast. Large rooms. Close to bus stops and the beach. Very friendly stuff.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, leckeres Essen, sehr sauberes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, zentrale Lage, alles bestens zum 5ten mal, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Excelente Hotel Hermosas Vistas Queja con el Desayuno si tienes bebés y es hasta las 11am y llegas 1055am a las 1110 ya te están sacando, no te dan ni tiempo de terminar 🙄

2 Fahrstühle reichen nicht aus. Das Hotel war voll mit Fahrradfahrern, die ihre Fahrräder mit aufs Zimmer genommen haben. Die Fahrstühle waren oft mit Fahrrädern gefüllt. Leider wurde unser Zimmer immer erst gegen 14.00 Uhr gereinigt. Bei schlechtem Wetter war es lästig.
