Overall a great experience! Super friendly welcoming staff, clean and location was amazing!

Great stay. Location was convenient for show nearby. Check in was slow due to many people arriving at 4:30 and only one person at reception.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Good location but we were kept up a lot of the night by homeless screaming.

Neighborhoods not clean

The hotel is a good value for the money. It has everything you need, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a free coffee/tea at the reception which is really nice. The room was clean and we had a cleaning service every day. The only downside was the location. Eventhough it was very close to the city centre, the area was shady with many homeless people and junkies. But of course nothing the hotel can do about.

The place was clean and the room was fine. However, the staffing was inconsistent—the kids running the restaurant were abysmal. One of the receptionists was good—the girl with big hair. The others not so much. Both the treadmills in the health center stopped working while i was using them. They cut out. And the shower head broke off in my hand when i tried to adjust it. The area isn't nice, unsavory characters all around. And it was very noisy—bad night's sleep.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful, courteous and very friendly. Rooms are comfortable and updated. Only issue found is they mind Winter Season and air conditioning was not available during our stay. Overall would stay again.

I was a bit concerned when I saw the neighborhood and some of the price points of adjoining hotels. However I would say it was completely perfect for what I wanted to do which is to see a show in a nearby venue. The room was clean, smelled faintly of Hope, the linens towels and everything were completely fine. The shampoo and toiletry items were actually quite nice. No qualms about staying here again. I took photos but the app would not let me upload them. Except for a small tear in the vinyl on the ottoman, I would say the room was completely top notch. But not fancy. I would not stay here for a romantic weekend or something like that as the hotel has kind of a no frills business hotel styling. But for a clean and well run place, I will definitely come again. The staff was great and professional and parking was easy. I valet parked it with them.
