The staff were actually friendly and helpful as well, but the room factility made me not comfortable, the room is so hot and noise when someone else walking in the floor. The internet is too weak, I was able to use them.

The place is perfectly located not so far from the pier but far from all the noise of the main touristic chaos. Bungalows are cozy and inexpensive, and the best part is the swimming pool! It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time while preparing for your tour. People who work here are super nice, and between 5 and 8 there's happy hour of beer! Highly recommended!

I think there was nothing special about this hotel. The room facility, location, and hotel service were average compared to the price. When we arrived at pier, there was a man holding the hotel name waiting for us then guided us to the hotel, he was quite helpful to bring our bags using a kind of cart. But I guess almost all the hotel did the same thing because I saw many guys holding other hotel name. The worst thing is the bathroom. It’s dark and damp, not comfortable at all. But it’s okay because I and my husband only stayed here for one night.

Too far from the beach. Many insects in the room. However, Staffs are helpful

made long check-in time. Room is quite nice but no cleaning service. Quite far from the beach but near from the hill. Had bad experience when had half day tour to may bay. Tour itself cost 400 baht but when you reach and want to get out to the maya bay beach you ned to pay another 400 Baht each person. Then I found on the internet 400 baht is for paying the local police and other local people not for government policy... very bad experience, and the guys from hotel where we bought the ticket didn't tell us about this extra fee.

Can't complain was the cheapest place to stay with a double bed and air-con on the phi phi islands. Wifi didn't work in the room but got connect to another one nearby for free. Nice people who run the place.
