Clean room, smooth check in. Cool little place!

Fun vibe, great jazz on stage at the hotel bar. Big room with separate living room and futon (so uncomfortable as a coich)

Wonderful

This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in an extremely long time. The service from the entire Oxbow Hotel staff was 2nd to none. We were blown away by the first person who checked us in with a delightful attitude and over-the-top customer service. Later I asked another staff member a simple question and was met with a jovial response and, again, next-level, unexpected service. The next 2 employee experiences were equally as delightful. I will never consider staying anywhere else next time I'm in Eau Claire. Well done, staff. Well done.

The hotel was nice, staff was nice!

Room was clean and comfortable. My husband didn’t like the heavy fragrance from the plug in air freshener so we unplugged it.

Everything was great

Friendly staff. The room needed refreshing. The bathroom door didn’t close, the sink and Kleenex holder were cracked, the shower floor tile needed bleaching. But the bed was comfortable and the location was good.

Clean rooms, walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Great local shop across the street with all things Wisconsin!

The room walls were dirty in the bathroom. I always bring clorox wips wth me . When I checked in the young lady was very short wirh me. I’ve never stayed at this hotel. The one i always stay at was full for family weekend

The room was musty. It looked better online than it did in person. We were moved from a King room to a Flat...which caused us to have to pay for extra for a pull out bed instead of one in the king room we reserved. It felt cheay renovated and the shower grout was gross. Very noisy. The front desk person during the first evening was wonderful, the one when we checked out...not so much. Some fees that were added to the bill sounded like BS.

Good location and walkable to various places. This is not a resort, so ditch the “resort fee”. Just be truthful and increase the base rate, if you need to charge more.

We were given a room in the motel building. The room smelled of mold. Very unpleasant. Parking was not available because they allow the restaurant visitors to park in the lot for those rooms. It is next to a busy highway and is very noisy. The restaurant is excellent and we loved the live music - but ughhh! The motel rooms leave much to be desired. The main building may be better but I won’t be back to find out.

Great service on checkin, very informative and friendly. Nice cozy overall. Bed was comfy and property was well kept overall. Carpeting in room could definitely use replacing. Definitely recommend. Great location but parking was slightly challenging.
