Room wasn’t clean! I requested a new room and it wasn’t cleaned either.

Staff was very nice. Room comfortable and big. Plenty of electrical outlets. Wish their swimming pool was usable; sign said renovations, open in the future. They need to repair the automatic door cam, secondary door into lobby only opened half the time. Fortunately I was able to signal door for someone else to come in, and someone was able to let me in later. Also, disappointed there was no Continental breakfast (or coffee) in the dining room as advertised.

My stay was great the housekeeping was wonderful and helpful and all three front desk staff was wonderful they was very excellent and made me feel very comfortable and satisfied. That type of customer service. Will keep business coming you have very good team.

This property has potential but needs to do better on breakfast and cleanliness. Pool not working when you have 90+ degree weather is sad. There was never enough breakfast or any selection you got bagels, coffee, tea, and occasionally juice. Bathroom shower floor needs a scrub brush to get cleaned, not knocking the property but basic hospitality is expected so at least get to that level, just a little more effort. Staff was friendly but not efficient though.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years! We ended up leaving after 1 night and am fighting for our money back for the night we lost by leaving. Urine was all over the toilet, hair everywhere, bugs in every room that were dead and alive. The remote looked like someone had chewed off the numbers, drywall chalk everywhere and the electrical board was exposed, only one light worked, rust in bath tub, no soap. A room with 3 beds for 6 people had only 1 towel. Smelled awful and had papers, dirt clumps and confetti pieces on the floor. Breakfast was a joke! Stale bagels and muffins. But when asked for more muffins, 30 minutes after breakfast started. The clerk informed me they could only put out 6 muffins a day!!! So they couldn’t restock for my family to eat at anything. We went to McDonalds for breakfast. There was absolutely nothing but an orange and apple to eat. No drinks, yogurt, hot stuff… literally nothing! And the pool which was why we booked the hotel is under permanent renovation and closed.

Arrived to no air conditioner and light bulbs burned out all over the room as well as the pull out couch still unmade and used from the guests before. Ended up having to leave because they couldn’t fix any issues was told we would be refunded but never were!

The shower was so dirty. This is my second stay, but the showers are rusty and dirty. With hair still in the bathroom from previous stay.

Great place to stay when traveling

Very quiet … but needs more breakfast food.

I didn't like how we was kicked out,mid stay because of issues on their end..Paid for two nights, get a call saying room hasn't been paid..But they charged 153.16$ already to my card,then offered little help to assist,I offered coming to show receipts,wasn't GOOD ENOUGH..so their charging for rooms but your not getting your full stay.Not okay

Saturday was my check in until Monday morning.long story short,they said they had an issue or whatever the case,I had to check out yesterday afternoon,after I've been charged, saying the stay wasn't paid for.Didnt offer any help,number to call and $72 stolen.very dissatisfied

In a very in poverty area. A lot of homeless around the property. Pool was closed due to renovation and it was advertised before booking. Carpet in rooms were very dirty! The water smelled like mold and the breakfast was only a bagel and an orange nothing else. Literally nothing else! Parking is limited especially because you would not want to park on the sides because of the homeless walking around. All side entrances are lock due to strangers walking through this area. The entire exit of the highway where the property is located look Deserted and very ran down! The back patio area was gated and facing the back of the dollar store where a few homeless people were sitting. Heather at the front desk was very nice!

It was not a new hotel as the pictures showed. They said they were renovating. The bathroom tub had rust in it & house keeping never brought clean towels. We had to ask for towels & take our own trash out.

Horrible l,very uncomfortable and uncleanly bugs in bed everything was broken free breakfast is nonexistent don’t stay here

The desk attendant was not there and I had to ring the bell several times before she showed up to let me and a few others in the front door to check in. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke when I asked for a non smoking room.

Shower was disgusting. Had no luggage carts and breakfast was a joke. There was no food, just granola bars, not even utensils.
