Very convenient and nice city view

Very convenient. Room facing the city was very quiet

The location for this hotel is fantastic. It's right on top of Nagoya train station, next to Takashimaya, the Meitetsu bus is around 5 minutes walk (great for those taking the bus to Ghibli park) and there's Disney, Ghibly, and Miffy store on the ground floor. The room is nice and spacious but only the deluxe double room has the washing machine. The only complaint I have is that it's difficult to find the hotel arriving from the Nagoya train station. When you arrive at Nagoya train station, do not go up the floor to exit! The correct exit is the same floor as the train you arrived in, you just have to walk to the end and find the elevator in a corner. It took me more than half an hour finding the place and the train station is a bit of a maze. Also, the hotel is at the end corner of Takashimaya and you have to take a lift to go up to the hotel. There's signage but they're not great. Once you know where the entrance is though, then everything else is a breeze.

Excellent location above the JR train station. The hotel is contemporary and modern with amazing views. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

It is a great experience! My kids can enjoy the shinkansen track from our room's window.

Good location, but only 30 minutes late check out, it will be charged, and unfortunately my room is at the end, so very far from lift.

the hotel is very strategic and the staff hospitality also second to none. it is in the heart of nagoya and just walking distance to gu, uniqlo and plenty of food

The location can't be more convenient, it is right above JR Nagoya station, the lift to the lobby just a few steps from the exit. There are Starbucks, convenient store and pharmacy just outside the entrance. Takashimaya is also few floors down as well as restaurants and food court. Front staffs were polite and courteous and speak English since a lot of guests are foreigners. The room was modern style, spotlessly clean and comfortable with a window view of amazing Nagoya city view. It is a bit smaller than I expected but still relatively bigger than standard Japanese hotel room. The downside is the rate is rather pricey but if you want a hotel with convenient location, then it is a good choice.

The room was not so spacious to open your suitcases, but it is reasonable for a business hotel on top of the train station. I did not hear the moving train during the night so that I can sleep tight. The view is great from the top to see Nagoya. The breakfast was french centric but tasted well enough for my pregnant wife. For me, as long as she did not barf, it was very very good. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathtub was warm and the size is ok. The staff was very polite and helpful.
