住所附近容易泊車，位置好，住所條街一帶充滿日式風味，再過一條街已經大量店舖，去錦市場亦好近，巴士站距離住所都好近，好方便，室內環境舒適，值得一住

This is the home. We have always wanted to experience Japanese style of city living, and this is it. A small, very functional, newly renovated town house in the heart of Kyoto, so close to the shopping and transportation yet very quite and beautiful. The bathroom has a window which can be open complete to breath the fresh air when one has a soak. We cooked every night with the food from the nearby market and department store. We truly felt we had a home in Kyoto. One thing to be aware, the bedroom is on the second floor and the toilet is one the first floor. And the stair is nice but can be steep for some people. Cause we stayed in winter, the cold draft can prevent the room from heating equally. The staffs were so nice, they dropped off our luggage when we checked in, and they are very kind in answering to our questions and needs.

Absolutely 1000000% recommend! The house was perfect, clean and location was excellent. It was a dream come true! So many restaurants and close to nishiki market!

This should be a nice place to stay. However it is an extremely noisy area during the night (despite being on a small side street). With a large amount of cars and motorbikes passing during the night it is not a good place to stay as the walls are extremely thin.

概ね良好でしたが、2泊したのですがミネラルウォーターやお茶などが1泊分しかなかったです。 改善点としては、周りの騒音対策と所々にクモの巣が有ったので、掃除の徹底をお願いいたします。

This was top 2 of all the hotels I've ever stayed at! I don't want to give away the secret, though. If you book this, make sure you allow enough time to hang out at the house - you will want to! And ... take a bath! Fill the tub, turn the lights off, open the window and watch the river go by. 10 out of 10!

静かさを求めていたのですが、夜中まで周りの環境が騒がしく眠れませんでした。すぐ目の前で工事もしていたので早朝から工事の音でうるさく最悪でした。ベッドには布団だけですと寒いので 他に、毛布が必要だと思いました。宿のイメージは写真とは違うものでした。

We loved staying at the Rinn Shijo, it was the most charming little house in the perfect location. Before arriving in Kyoto we received an email telling us to first go to the office. The is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Kyoto station. We received a very friendly welcome, they gave us a keycard explained the property and asked if we wanted to leave our luggage. As check-in wasn't till 4 we thought we would have to return to pick up our bags, but they explained they could drop them at the property for us. Great service - it meant we were free to explore the city all day. The actual property is about 20 minutes from the office, it's a great location backing onto a river and a few minutes walk from Gion where you'll find bars, restaurants and all the buildings and life you would expect of Kyoto. That evening we found the house, which was easy as it has a clear sign on the front and getting in was as simple as swiping the card. Inside we found our bags waiting for us. A small entrance way gives way to a little kitchen a living room with tatami mats. A bathroom with a super deep bath overlooks the river. Upstairs are two comfortable beds. If your looking for a traditional Japanese house in the centre of town this couldn't be more perfect. We had a great time here and I would happily stay again.

The staff of Rinn Shijo were very pleasant. My stay at the Takasegawa guest house was an unforgettable experience. The location of the house was within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. If you want an authentic Japanese experience, this home is the place to stay. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony at over the river. It was relaxing. For Rinn: Thank you for your hospitality. Please add a small lamp closer to the beds.

체크인 오피스는 교토역에서 걸어갈 만한 거리로, 응대는 매우 친절합니다. 마치야 특성상 방음은 살짝 취약한 것 같지만(새벽에 도로를 쌩쌩 달리는 차 소리가 종종 들렸어요) 아주 깔끔하게 관리되고 있습니다. 번화가에서 가까워 위치가 좋고 숙소 주변은 조용합니다. 층고가 낮은 편이어서 조명이나 계단 입구에 부딪힐 수 있으니 조심해야 되구요, 집이 좁다보니 2층 침실로 올라가는 계단이 가파른 편이어서 내려올 때 신경 써야 됩니다. 다카세가와 쪽으로 난 툇마루가 정말 멋진 곳으로, 두 명이 숙박하기에 최적입니다. 등등 맞은편에 수국이 피는 시기에 다시 오고 싶네요! 교토에서 마치야 숙소를 고려한다면 최고의 위치, 최고의 시설이라고 생각합니다.

Good location! Room was cozy by the river and near gion and lots of bars and restaurants!

京都駅から徒歩10分弱のオフィスで説明を受けて鍵(カードキー）をもらったら、車で宿泊先まで送ってもらえました。ちなみに自動ロック式なのでチェックアウト時はテーブルの上に鍵を置いて出ればOKでした。まず、ロケーションが四条河原町が非常に近くて便利！なのに一本入った裏通りはこんなに静かなのかというほど落ち着いています。部屋から見る目の前の川の眺めがとってもステキ。暖かい時期なら縁側でお酒を飲んで過ごしたら楽しそう。木をたくさん使ったデザインで温かみのあるお風呂は、清潔。さらにガラス扉なので解放感もあっていい！！キッチンにコーヒーマシン（ドルチェグスト？）があり、私は初めて使うので普通のドリップコーヒーよりちょっと楽しかった。二階も居心地のいい空間でベッドは快適♫ 2人での宿泊にぴったりの、コンパクトかつぜいたくな宿泊施設でした。町屋の魅力を残しつつ、使い勝手良くリモデルされた空間は日本が初めての主人も感動。次回はぜひ4泊くらいして生活するように滞在してみたいです。

The place was very nice and clean. It was a excellent choice for travelling around the area. The Only one thing worth noting is that it was a little loud In the middle of the night.
