Bedsheets looked like they were not washed and bed a bit hard, other than that everything else was good and kept up.

Everything was great! Food, bed, shower, but I could never adjust the air conditioner, it is climate controlled.

Worn furniture, room wasn't completed clean (noticed nail clippings on floor).

Although as my husband and I checked into a bad smelling room w a super hard uncomfortable bed we were pleased w the front desk rep Aron that made a huge turnaround. He immediately made it happen by moving us to another room that smelled good and more comfortable bed although it became inconvenient as it was after 1am he truly made a big difference. Aron handled it very well in fact we were originally greeted by Gerardo the guard who was so helpful politely attending to us as Aron was busy at the front desk w other guests. Highly disappointed at check in especially as I came to Rosarito to celebrate my bday and a second chance in life w no more cancer in my body was very happy in the end w the excellent most friendly service we received from both of your outstanding employees! We hope to visit back to thank them once again!

It was convenient and not far from everything. Secure parking. Also next to Walmart and a casino.

parking can be very limited because it's basically shared with the general public from the surrounding strip-mall. Room and bathroom are actually clean. we did not stay long enough to have breakfast or use any of the amenities.

Hotel has improved with the cleaning and staff being more friendly in the reception I was surprised hopefully the Hotel keeps it up
