Excellent staff , No air conditioning and the bathroom is badly designed so the floor is all wet after shower.

Great location. Warm welcoming local staff who ensured we enjoyed every minute of our stay at this 15 century beautifully restored former home. Central to Siena. Though located in a ZTL they guided us to enable us to drop my off baggage and no park in convenient parking. Surrounded by historical sites and great shopping and food (including yummy gelato) this is the perfect location for exploring old Siena. And the service was excellent.

The hotel was beautiful, such an historic building and well located for central Sienna. The staff were friendly and very helpful and also told us the history of the Palazzetto. Breakfast was excellent as well. All in all a fantastic stay and experience and we would definitely return, thank you!

Small hotel and an excellent location and wonderfull staff

The courtesy and care provided by the staff is unbelievable. I truly love the staff there and felt honored to stay there.Federica, Claudia, Katarina, and Flavia and all the staff were wonderful. Regarding the property, the artistic mix of ancient and modern was simply stunning, emotional. My unit "The Bright Cube" was beyond comfortable and the view of the Siena street life below was wonderful. The view from the Panorama Suites off the hook. It does appear that many hotels in Italy offer bathtubs with handheld shower heads and these can be difficult for seniors in particular climbing in and climbing out, particularly if there are no grab bars. The "Bright Cube" had no grab bars and so it was a little difficult. On the other hand, the "Bright Cube's" glass cube bathroom was extremely cool. The honesty bar with fine wines, beer and espresso, was another novel idea and worked for me allowing me to have a delicious glass of wine after a day walking the city All in all, I truly hope that I can spend a week there soon I would return absolutely.

What can I say…..I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay here. The location, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the room were all perfect but above all the staff were amazing. Friendly, informative, supportive. If this hotel is on your shortlist then don’t wait, get it booked. You won’t regret it!

Perfect Location in Sienna, walkable to all major sites. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, great coffee and a nice start to the day. Recommend packing light as parking is easier outside of the city. We brought backpacks and used the elevators to get into Sienna.

Stunning hotel mixing the ancient historical building and artefacts with modern living. The staff were exceptional - friendly, welcoming and always available to help. Great location within the city with a range of parking options. Breakfast hosted a wide range of continental options and it was delicious. Definitely one to revisit in the future.

Uma experiência incrível, o hotel é lindo contrastando uma arquitetura medieval com um quarto super moderno, a localização é ótima vc faz tudo a pé, o café da manhã tem uma variedade muito boa e o principal de tudo a Ilaria e a Flávia fizeram com que a nossa estadia em Siena fosse maravilhosa nos ajudando com absolutamente tudo não somente sobre o hotel, mas também sobre lugares a visitar, reservas de restaurantes e vinícolas, só tenho a agradecer a elas por tudo!
