Terrible experience. Air-con is not working but it’s extremely noisy while opening windows for fresh air. I hear all windy sound and people talking in very earlier morning that can’t let you sleep. No hair dryer but cannot contact staff to get as it’s no staff after 2pm. Never want to stay again

Hôtel très mal insonorisé. On entend très nettement les conversations de la chambre voisine ainsi que dans le couloir. Ne rien laisser dans les voitures ou motos: vols. Personnel adorable.

Extremely clean and modern rooms. Ideal for a short stopover. A shared sitting room but no other facilities apart from drink machines. The attached bar run by someone else was good for breakfast and meals. Free parking was good.

El hotel se va haciendo viejo,las cortinas tenían dos grandes rotos y en la ducha había baldosas rotas con moho. Han cerrado el restaurante que estaba enfrente y tuvimos que ir al pueblo a buscar donde cenar porque su restaurante cierran a las 5 el sábado.

The staff were friendly, professional and attentive. There was noise audible from another room. The room was cold. I could not get the wall-mounted air conditioning unit to generate heat. I woke up cold but found one additional duvet in the wardrobe. The lack of a proper restaurant was a minus, although the food available in the bar was adequate. It was not horrible, but I will not return.

Distributeurs de savon vides dans la salle de bain. Chambre très mal insonorisée : on entend parfaitement tous les bruits de la chambre d’à côté y compris lorsque l’occupant satisfait à ses besoins naturels ….. c’est désagréable en soirée, c’est un très mauvais réveil matin 5 h 00 !!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst possible experience ever staying in a hotel. This so called hotel is located in a very deserted area with no access without a car. This is an industrial area but no one was to be seen over the weekend after 7pm. The room itself was outdated with dirty looking sheets. Very depressing and gloomy atmosphere. There is no one at the reception desk after 9 pm so no one to help you if you need anything or if you have any issues. The room across our room had drunk rowdy people who were making loud noises. At one point they started shouting and cursing and hitting the walls and we could hear loud banging noises. At this point we felt very unsafe and insecure. We then discovered that the door lock also didn’t work. We checked the lock after locking from inside. It could easily be opened from outside. We decided to leave the hotel at this point. This was before midnight and we had to go find another hotel in the middle of the night. Try to avoid this place at all costs!!

Situated outside Zaragoza we found this hotel easy to find and parking was conveniently right outside the reception. Friendly staff and nice room. Extremely hot day so after a long road trip it was a great end to the day to have a cold beer in the area outside the bar followed by a meal in the restaurant. Staff very kindly stored my bike in a locked area. Would definitely make a return visit when travelling back to France from Alicante region.
