It was an excellent stay in a lovely villa located on the outskirts of Catania, in a room with a private bathroom. It is a gated property with an easy parking and we even got our own gate opener. It’s a historic property run by a lovely duo of the mother and daughter, eager to share their suggestions on local restaurants and places to see. If you want to stay closer to Etna and avoid the traffic and parking hassle in Catania, this is a place to stay.

Struttura incantevole, posizionata in un contesto di estrema naturalezza e di grande eleganza. Le signore che ci hanno accolto sono brave persone, gentilissime. Piacevolissima esperienza!!

We stayed three nights at the B&B and did day trips to Catania itself as well as Syracuse. The host had some great recommendations and took interest in what we were planning and did. The location of the B&B is quite outside of Catania which also meant that dining options by foot were a bit limited. The breakfast was wonderful.
