The sauna and pool is not included in the room price and this was not clear to me. They require from guests to make a reservation (which costs 8,000 Tenge which is quite steep) and then you can use the pool and sauna - but only for one hour. Breakfast buffet was decent; staff overall friendly; neighbourhood not that great but Hotel shielded off from traffic/quiet. Some staff have perfect English, others don’t.

フロントスタッフはとても感じ良く、早めのチェックインにも対応してくれました。徒歩圏内にレストランやショッピングモール、スーパーマーケットがあり便利です。部屋は暖かく十分な広さがありました。冷蔵庫が冷えなかったことと、事前のメールでの問い合わせに返信が無かったことがマイナスです。

I liked the old fashioned uniqueness about the property, a refreshing change from the standard layout normally seen in four star hotels.
