This property is very well located within 5-10 miles of major points of interest in Monterrey, staff was very friendly professional and accommodating to our needs, will be staying here again in the near future.

No es la primera vez que me hospedó en este hotel, y como siempre ha sido muy agradable el ambiente relajante, todo sumamente limpio.

Fire alarm was activating two nights and we could not sleep. There was a Bad odour coming out from the bathroom, so we had to move to another room. There was no phone in the room to call to front desk. Breakfast was not bad

Muy buena relacion, costo beneficio por la ubicscion que tienen. Han mejorado en aspectos como la ventilacion de las habitaciones y el orden. Un cambio en los baños haria una diferencia mayor en la propiedad.

Nice and quiet hotel, staff were quick to resolve any issue. The hotel room I was in did need a bit of maintenance. The shower head wouldn’t spray properly and the air conditioner would leave the floor humid and slippery. Any clothes I left out would be damp. Having a mini fridge in the room would of been nice to store any left overs or to keep any drinks cold. But overall I enjoyed my stay.
